Dikakapa Big Five (Pty) Ltd is a company operating based in Johannesburg,
South Africa. The company was established in 2012 and currently operates
in Security, Cleaning, Construction, General work and Installations. the
company has seen its numbers of customers increasing since inception and
has formulated strategies that will ensure that the excellent standards are
always maintained so as to retain clients.

Dikakapa Big Five (Pty) Ltd is a 100% LEVEL 1 BB-BEE female owned company
by 2 individuals namely Patricia Mbatyazwa and Selloane Revelation Seakawa,
each owning 50%. Established in 2012 and started operating in August 2015.
We employed well trained, experienced and professionals. The company has
currently employed 5 permanent personnel. It is involved in numerous joint
venture projects with upcoming BEE companies.

To provide the “royal” and professional security, cleaning, construction, general
work and installation services to the customers at competitive prices and always

SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT
We have taken the responsibility to plough back to the community, groom
and motivate youth to engage themselves in activities that will build the
community and the nation as large. We have dedicated 2% of the
company’s income towards donation to charity organisations in the community.
SKILLS DEVELOPMENT
A total of 5% of employee’s wage bill is allocated towards skills development.
We utilize the services of institutions which are accredited by SETAS as per
respective requirement as our ofcial training facilitators. Team leaders
and supervisors regularly attend innovation and technology courses.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Matric or higher education. Client specic training provided.
DISCIPLINE
Disciplinary codes formulated by labour relations consultants coincide with
latest Labour Relations Act.
