How we maintain security ?
• Update security and safety plan every year– Persons, phone numbers– Emergency communication– Look through safety plan with staff and students
• Students have specific Safety course every year (with police, army, fire department, other authorities)
• Maintain security skills – First aid– Rescue trainings– Exit routes
• Taking care of dropouts• ”Help helpers” / debriefing
”High School man” is taking care of people
