1-Add suitable amount of powder
2-Add few drops of mounting medium
3-Inlaid cover with 45°
Clear slide without air bubbles
Fixation of Slide using Glycerol.

4- Evaluation of Small Objects
Eyepiece magnification power :12x
Objective magnification power :10x ( low power) or 40x (high power)
Magnification power = 12×40 = 480 x
Magnification power= apparent length ̸ true length
