I Understand the roles and responsibilities that I will be having as a territory manager , I do admit that I don’t have a prior eperience in this field of school publishing but than I have been working into sales of courier services wherein the clients are from different field and industry and through intercating with them I have got lots of exposure which is going to help me in performing this job and I have a client base of schools as well which use courier services for their schools so with that client base I am going to help the company in getting leads. I have already told that I am good in making friends and I have a convincing power through which I am able to create trust in the minds of the customer which I feel according me is the quality which every marketer or sales person should have, as far as developing business in territory is concerned we can have some promotional activities wherein the company sponsors any quiz competition or annual day where different schools participates which will help in branding of the company as well as marketing thereby helping in developing business in our territory, we can also tie up with different book stores to promote our books from their stores by providing them banners and leaflets I have enquired about Quite a few publising house suman publication a patna based company, Arvind publishing house and all so I have an idea wherein this company sales people go and meet the schools as well as shopkeepers who sale books for those schools.  Q-3   Territory Manager with KIPS is a Marketing job where conceptual way of Computer

books are to be conveyed. For that having Personal LAPTOP is mandatory. Do you

possess your personal LAPTOP or not? If not, how you are going to manage it. Having

your own Laptop is mandatory for this job.

ICSE schools in his territory. For us it is important to know as to, which window based

software you are friendly with?  Also, which Operating System & which Microsoft Office

version you are using today?

team members in KIPS have to develop a habit of working for more than 12 hours a day. Can you

comfortable to develop a habit of putting in 10-12 hours a day regularly?

Definetly, Yes I need to near more good to utilize my extravagant time in developing in these fields.

I feel books are the best friend the person can have they teaches us a lot, I have a habit of reading good books I have read who moved my cheese by Spencer johnson 7 habits of highly effective people by Stephen covey and have read few nobles too apart from that I love to watch videos on self development on you tube because I also feel that in this competitive work environment one has to update himself regularly in order to compete with the best.

Most of the candidates accepting this highly competitive marketing career are not

professionally groomed to enjoy the toughness attached to this career. KIPS

working strategy is designed to strengthen the Territory Manager's attitude so that

he should develop a passion for the job he has joined. KIPS vision is to make its

All the selected Territory Managers will be on probation for one year. After one year

of successful training period TMs' will be confirmed as.  During the probation period,

TMs' are taught to know all the nut & bolt of this job. Kips has designed

Professionally Training Programs which are divided in phases. These programs

develop a competitive edge & pump in lot of actual learning required to be

successful in this career.

SALARY & PROMOTIONS

At the time of selection, depending upon the candidate's interview performance &

his experience –KIPS initial monthly carry home package during probation is

between 1.5 Lac to 2.5 Lac. At KIPS we name as LEARNING PACKAGE. In

addition to this, all other expenses incurred in traveling, hotel stays, food, petrol, taxi

INCENTIVES

In addition to the above - All Performing Territory Managers can also earn a

handsome incentive, which ranges from Rs 10000- to Rs 100000 annually even

during probation.
