Agenda Mates• Students are responsible
for writing their homework assignments in Agenda Mates.
• Please sign Agenda Mates daily indicating that your child has completed any assigned homework.
• Agenda Mates are checked daily. Other than email, this is the best way to send any communication from home.
Homework Policy• Homework is only given on Monday, Tuesday and
Thursdays in most cases.• Students not returning their homework will do the
homework at recess. They will also walk 5 minutes at recess.
• A monthly reading calendar will also be given and students are expected to read each night.
Discipline Policy•Students are given a verbal warning for poor behavior choices. If behavior continues students will walk 5 minutes at recess.•If behavior persists, they will walk 10 minutes.•If behavior continues, parents will be notified by note, email or phone call.

Dismissal Procedures0 For the safety of all students, please refrain from using
your cell phone in the car line during dismissal. Help us focus on the students.
0 If your child is a walker, please walk over to the front doors to dismiss them. Students CANNOT cross the parking lot in front of the school alone. Buses are dismissing from this lot and it poses a hazard for students to cross unattended.
Dismissal Procedures0 Please do not park in the staff parking lot to dismiss your
child. If you are driving a vehicle, please pick your child up in the car line. for the safety of students. Bikers are dismissed through the parking lot, and we cannot have cars driving as bikers are leaving.
0 Dismissal changes must be made in writing before 3:00. Only emergency dismissal changes will be allowed after this time. The office cannot accept email or phone changes after this time.
Miscellaneous• Please send a healthy snack with your child each
day.• Please have children wear tennis shoes or close toed
shoes.• Students can bring treats on their birthdays to share
in the cafeteria with their class. They can pass them out during their class lunch. Please see classroom schedules for time.
