HOLDING COMPANY ACT RELEASES

PUBLIC SERVICE COMPANY OF OKLAHOMA

An order has been issued authorizing a proposal by Public Service Company of Oklahoma (PSC-OK), an electric public-utility subsidiary company of Central and South West Corporation, a registered holding company. PSC-OK proposes to sell to Ruffin Properties (Buyer), an electric customer of PSC-OK and a nonassociate company, for an aggregate sales price of $221,517 certain transformation facilities (Facilities)located on the Buyer's property. The Facilities consist of five three phase, 13.2 kv/480-277 volt step-down transformers and associated equipment and facilities. (ReI.35-25827)

THE CONNECTICUT LIGHT AND POWER COMPANY

An order has been issued authorizing a proposal by The Connecticut Light and Power Company (CL&P), a public-utility subsidiary company of Northeast Utilities, a registered holding company. CL&P proposes to make monthly advances through March 31,1995, in an aggregate amount not to exceed $12 million outstanding at anyone time,to Great Bay Power Corporation (formerly known as EUA Power Corporation). The United Illuminating Company, an exempt public utility holding company, will also make advances up to $8 million. (ReI. 35-25828)

PROPOSED RULE CHANGES

The National Association of Securities Dealers filed a proposed rule change (SR-NASD-93-25) to permit more rapid inclusion in the OTC Bulletin Board Service of equity securities being delisted either from the New York or American Stock Exchanges for non-compliance with exchange maintenance-of-listing standards. Publication of the proposal is expected in the Federal Register during the week of June 21. (ReI. 34-32477)

The Chicago Board of Options Exchange filed a proposed rule change (SR-CBOE-93-18) to eliminate the minimum net liquidating equity requirement for floor brokers. Publication of the proposal is expected in the Federal Register during the week of June 21. (Re1. 34-32478)

The Midwest Stock Exchange filed a proposed rule change (SR-MSE-93-10) to establish the MSE's SuperMAX system on a permanent basis and to amend the current SuperMAX"fill-size" parameters for eligible issues by establishing a two-tiered system for SuperMAX fills. The SuperMAX program provides that the guaranteed execution priceof small agency market orders received over the Midwest Automated Execution System(MAX) are automatically improved according to certain pre-defined criteria. The Pacific Stock Exchange filed a proposed rule change (SR-PSE-93-07) to permit the Exchange to list and trade quarterly index expiration (QIX) options based on the Wilshire Small Cap Index. IMMEDIATE EFFECTIVENESS OF PROPOSED RULE CHANGES

The Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board filed a proposed rule change (SR-MSRB-93-8), which became effective upon filing, to establish prices for backlog document collections relating to its Official Statement/Advance Refunding Document subsystemof the Municipal Securities Information Library system. The proposed fees are structured to defray the Board's dissemination costs. Publication of the proposalis expected in the Federal Register during the week of June 21. (Rel. 34-32482)

The Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board filed a proposed rule change (SR-MSRB-93-7), which became effective upon filing, to accelerate the implementation of the second phase of its Continuing Disclosure Information Pilot system in order to acceptdisclosure notices from issuers.
