Sebas6an  works  in  the  tax  consultancy  area.  His  prac6ce  includes  the  structuring,  from  a  tax   perspec6ve,   both  of   na6onal   and   transna6onal   transac6ons   and   investments  within  the  country.  Furthermore,  he  par6cipates  in  addressing  the  clients’  queries  on  corporate  restructures,  mergers  and  acquisi6ons,  as  well  as  in  rendering  comprehensive  analyses  on  the  tax  consequences  arising  from  such  transac6ons  at  a  na6onal  or  interna6onal  level.    

Sebas6án   is   currently   aFending   Law   School   at   the   Ins6tuto   Tecnológico   Autónomo   de  Mexico  (ITAM).  

Sebas6an’s  na6ve  language  is  Spanish,  he  is  fluent  in  English,  and  speaks  German,  French  and  Catalan.
