As one of the leading suppliers of flavours with the widest range of marinades, RAPS feels especially obliged to continually adapt that range to new taste needs and to extend it and improve it regularly. Spices used for marinating have to be intensive. That is why we only use best quality spices from the best cultivation areas.

We are very careful to deal sustainably with raw materials and we are actively committed to the enviromentally friendly production of palm oil. MAGIC SEASONED OILS are pure oil marinades ideal for marinating meat and fish. MAGICS contain salt as well as high-grade oils and various high-quality seasonings. Function of coated salt: Salt has an important flavour- giving function. However, it can also draw liquid out of food that is placed in it. That is why we surround each grain of salt with a special coating of fat which only melts above a certain temperature. That means the salt does not activate its seasoning effect until cooking begins, so the grilled/roasted food remains especially juicy.
