DAY 1 (D) HOME PORTS, ADELAIDE, PORT LINCOLN

� Fly commercially from home ports via Adelaide to Port Lincoln on the beautiful Eyre Peninsula.

� Transfer to the award winning 4 star Port Lincoln Hotel located on the Esplanade adjacent to Boston Bay with ocean view balcony rooms.

� Following afternoon tea, time to walk along the foreshore, visit the quaint shops and galleries on the esplanade or relax at the hotel.

� A welcome drink and dinner at Sarins Restaurant.

DAY 2 (B,L,D) MASTER CLASS, BOSTON BAY CRUISE

� A Masterclass with renowned local chef, Kris Bunder, held in his beautiful home on the Marina overlooking a Port Lincoln canal. Observe and taste as Kris displays his culinary skills. Each participant receives an Australian Seafood Frontier Culinary Pack containing professional recipe cards from the Master Chefs, apron and regional produce samples.

� An informative town tour which includes the history of the key aquaculture industry, then a light lunch at Port Lincoln Marina Hotel.

� A two hour, relaxing and scenic Boston Bay Cruise through the largest most protected harbour in the world with afternoon tea and fresh seafood tastings.

� A sensational seafood dinner at the award winning Del Giorno’s Restaurant, operated by Master Chef Kris Bunder.

DAY 3 (B,L) COFFIN BAY, ADELAIDE, HOME PORTS

� Drive to the coastal village of Coffin Bay with a knowledgeable local guide and enjoy scenic views from several lookouts.

� Visit Pure Coffin Bay Oysters which are grown naturally in the waterways. Learn about the farming of oysters, their preparation for sale and taste the freshest samples.

� Our final highlight is a first class local seafood and matching wine luncheon at the picturesque Boston Bay Winery and Vineyards, food prepared by Master Chef – Tony Ford.

� Return to Port Lincoln Airport for the return flight to home ports via Adelaide, completing a sensational and indulgent ‘seafood lovers’ short break.
