Customers establishing Authorization Concepts When reading only the authorization object documentation in SAP Solution Manager, it is difficult to
understand the full impact of an object. With the Wiki they should have a more comprehensive and
detailed documentation about objects and their usage.
SAP consultants supporting customers Also SAP consultants do not know all side effects of authorization
objects in deep. With the Wiki they should have a more
comprehensive and detailed documentation.
Even they can provide feedback in the SDN Wiki about side
effects that they noticed at customer projects.
SAP Development Sometimes also developers have to look-up for the detailed use for certain objects. Often the object
documentation does not provide enough information.
As soon as the object got a new significant use, it should and can be documented within the Wiki
(for more information about feedback you find on page “Wiki Feedback” within this presentation)
