SD Online offers a secure and efficient method of providing payslips. As a contributor you will benefit from having
instant access to payment information, and an historical archive of your payment history from August 2013. As an
agency you will be able to use your SD Online account to see all of your Channel 4 contributors as they are paid. SD
Online is designed for the convenience of contributors and agents, but we also hope to save a few trees. SD Online can
be found at the following address: https://secure.sargent-disc.com/payroll/web. Versions are also available for the
iPhone, iPad and Android phones from the App Store and Google Play.
As a contributor, you will receive a unique email from Channel 4 inviting you to join SD Online. As an agency you will
receive one unique email to your email account for every new artist that Channel 4 has paid via yourselves for the first
time. This process will be completed once for every artist. This will come from the email address no-reply@sargent-
disc.com. To avoid any delay, care should be taken to ensure that this email address is not filtered by any anti-spam
software. An example of the email can be seen in Figure 1.
Figure 1: Invitation email
Please click on the link provided in the first email (as seen in Figure 1) to accept your invitation and view your payslips
online. Please note that the invitation is only valid for a given period and that it will expire as specified.

your password (as seen in Figure 2).
