This sculpture represents the borough of Cranford with a

crane. It was made to celebrate the anniversary of 30 years of Cranford, also represents multi-cultural community with a globe

I would make it out of different materials and

defiantly more colourful, I would make the crane 3D and make the globe look more like a globe, also I

would make it bigger

It is a very brownish rusty colour with bits

of silver around it, the mosaic around it

is blue and red

This sculpture is of an octopus, it does not really have a

message behind it but it is made out of recyclable materials

The materials used were silver

recyclable disks that link together. The colours are not

rusted because the sculpture was not left

outside

If I had to change anything about this

sculpture it would be the size, I think it is too small and it doesn’t stand out.

Also I would make it more colourful and use better materials such as

wood or plastic

The sculpture is kept in good condition and even though I

think the artist could have included more detail to make it look more like an octopus it is a good sculpture

Sculptures in CranfordIt is made out of steel circles and recyclable

materials, it has a mosaic around it which is

also made of recycled tiles, there are brown

twigs around it to secure the statue and the

platform for the statue was made from marble

This sculpture is of a big fish, it is being

supported by its fins, the mouth is open and it has many different textures

The materials used in this sculpture are all

recyclables. There are silver disks overlapping

to make the body, a solid metal piece for the head and long metal lines for

fins.

This sculpture is fairly big and very detailed. The only

thing I would change about it is I would make it colourful

I think this sculpture sends out a message that dumping things in water can harm sea

life. This is shown through the sad expression on the fish and also reflected on

how the fish is made out of recycled materials

This sculpture is of a crap with its

claws/pincers, it is standing tall and its legs are long and

thin and are holding the crab up

The materials used in this are more or less similar to

the ones used on the big fish but in this sculpture they

added small things such as small pieces of metal for

eyes and things to connect

The message about this sculpture is not to affect wild life. The crab is in a threatening position so it

shows that we are attacking the crab

This sculpture looks cool and I think it is the best out of all the sculptures,

it sends out a good message and it looks the best even though it is not

that big

This sculpture is made from recycled steel circles connecting together to make a

shape of a sea horse

This sculpture may be representing the wildlife in the ocean and how

fragile they are to things like water dumping

I think that this sculpture is good but it would be better if the artist used

colour on the sea horse because it would make it

stand out more

I would have used the same materials to create the sculpture because it looks very complex but it also looks simple. The

design of the sea horse is interesting and it actually

looks like a sea horse
