Truepress Jet L350UV Just a few months after completing theinstallation of its first Screen Truepress Jet L350UVdigital label press, Etiquetas Adhesivas Rever tookthe decision to install a second Screen press todouble the digital label printing capacity at thefacility in Madrid.

Rever, a Spanish company producing self-adhesivelabels for all types of packaging, has rapidlyextended its product offering to a wide range ofsectors from food and cosmetics to industrialproducts. The company’s fast growth meant it hadto quickly expand its production capacity to meetcustomers’ demands for fast turnaround withoutcompromising on quality.

“The impact on our production following theinstallation of our first Truepress Jet has beenspectacular because the digital process isextremely efficient,” says Rever Manager Juan JoséMartin. “That’s why we were able to invest in asecond press so quickly. The Truepress Jet digital

press offers almost the same output as two ofour existing flexo presses and our second machinereplaces one of our three flexo lines.”

Before choosing the Truepress Jet, Rever studiedthe production capacity and printing quality ofvarious machines, and decided on the TruepressJet L350UV press manufactured by Screen. Thepress has a high 50mpm running speed which,combined with a printing width of up to 322mmand the ability to print on material from 100mmto 350mm, enables it to deliver an output of16.1sqm per minute.

The Truepress Jet is equipped with an automatedhead cleaning function that greatly simplifiesmaintenance and reduces the amount of timerequired to keep the press in an optimumcondition. Speed is also about workflow �
