Lendlease, formerly Bovis Lend Lease, set out to create an environmentally sustainable series of buildings that use a variety of alternative energy sources.

OVERVIEW

Lendlease chose to use SCP Treatments during construction not only because of time and cost savings, but also because SCP is safe for both the environment and installer. Its zero VOC application provides the fastest and most superior method to cure and waterproof concrete, while protecting against all moisture-related issues. For a project focused on sustainability, reducing future maintenance of the structures was key for Lendlease.
