Year 4/5/6 Literacy and Numeracy games using fundamental movement skills The year 4/5/6 class have been doing lots of maths and spelling games using their fundamental movement skills to encourage physical activity with Mrs C. We have been using a lot of teamwork and encouragement. The games we played included numbers, letters and words. Some of the games have been: “find the antonym/synonym”, “make 8 digit numbers”, “rob the nest to make the highest and lowest 7 digit number”, “spelling games” and “relays”. It has been a lot of fun using our knowledge from maths and spelling while moving around! It makes maths and spelling very enjoyable! By Wulaaran and Elliot
