From the manager’s desk
Hello Everyone,
I cannot believe it is already June!! The spring has been very busy for us here at Gypsum Mills. We
have had the pleasure of many new residents joining our community and many community upgrades/
changes. We are very excited for the summer to come!
Important June dates:
•Community Garage Sale- June 15th
•Father’s Day- June 16th
•First day of Summer- June 21st
•Last day of school for Victor- June 24th
The pool is open! Last year we created the Gypsum Mills Identification Card/ Pool Pass. If you did not
pick this card up last year, it is waiting at the office for you! Please stop by to pick It up, or contact us
if you need it mailed/ hand delivered. We would love for every resident to obtain their new ID card
and show that you are a part of this wonderful community.
Lease Renewals should be turned into the office by July 1st. These can be placed in the dropbox, or
brought inside if we are open. Failure to deliver the renewal to the office by July 1st will result in you
becoming a month-to-month tenant. If you have not received a lease renewal and believe you should
have, please contact the office.
Reminder for the Swimmers: Keep Mailbox Parking spaces open. Note for pool visitors- keep the
Community Center front spaces by the mailbox clear, they are just for people parking there to get
their mail.
Lot inspections will continue thought the month of June. With the unpredictable weather lately, we
have not had much time to get inspections done. We are hoping for better weather so we can hit the
pavement and see all of your beautiful homes!
We are very lucky that each year we can make much needed property improvements. Here are our
Community upgrades thus far:
•The Community Center Roof was torn off and replaced.
•Flattened the large bump in the pavement on the road behind the Community Center, leading to Gypsum Mills St.
•The office shed was repaired and painted.
•The Basketball hoop is back up and ready to use.
•The mail house was power washed.
Best Regards,
Gypsum Mills Management
