We are ready to assist you in achieving your analytical goals. We have taken over the supply of parts and accessories to all the former Varian and Bruker GC and GCMS. Your Field Service Representative is your direct access to Scion Instrument product specialists, research scientists, factory engineers, and chemists.

Preventative Maintenance

Custom Support

Complete support provides the ultimate coverage for your instrument. All parts and service visits are provided with this coverage. Unlimited breakdown visits and an annual preventative maintenance visit, to ensure your system is operating at optimum performance

An excellent way to control costs, this contract provides unlimited visits for breakdown of the instrument, parts are included as part of the deal.

Preventative maintenance will have one of our trained engineers carry out a thorough inspection and repair any minor problems found on the system. On completion you can have confidence instrument is operational to factory standard

If you have a particular service requirement we will be more than happy to design a support plan to fit your needs.

The Scion Service Team provides global support.Every year we invest in training more personnel to provide you with skilled professionals qualified in the latest techniques.Our Service Team has several years of hands-on expertise. Our experience in Varian GC and GCMS is second to noneWe manufacture all our own GC, MS systems and spare parts. Supply problems created by contract manufacture is not problem for us. We have it all in house. Many of our engineers come from Varian service force whose reputation speaks for itself.

Partner with Scion, your manufacturer service provider, and take full advantage of the instrument capabilities to maximize return on investment. We offer a wide variety of comprehensive support agreements, parts and consumables, and ongoing training opportunities with the goal to become your analytical service provider of choice. Scion Instruments was founded from the acquisition of the former Varian GC and GCMS products from Bruker Corporation in November 2014. A new name with a long history of utilising gas chro-matography to develop key analyser systems focusing on the petroleum, petrochemical, energy, specialty gas and environmental markets that enable our customers to improve their products and processes.

Since May 1, 2015 Scion Instruments opened a new facility in Goes, Netherlands. Comprising mainly former Varian GC application and manufacturing personnel, this group contains a wealth of GC knowledge and experience and is responsible for building and testing a broad range of Scion GC Analyser’s for petrochemical and other special applications.
