Milk is essentially ormed rom proteins, carbohydrates,

at, and many other elements, and vitamins and water. And

all o this is extracted rom the animal’s nutrition (ood),

drink and blood, which this Noble Verse has described

through Allah Almighty’s Statement: “rom between arthand blood.” And the FARTH is the substances that are eaten

and are not completely digested in the gut, and because

o that it (the arth) is sometimes also called the gut’s load

(ood), and when it is extracted rom the gut it is called

ROUTH.

Milk is synthesized in the mammary gland. Within the

mammary gland is the milk producing unit, the alveolus. It

contains a single layer o epithelial secretory cells surrounding

a central storage area called the lumen, which is connectedto a duct system. The secretory cells are, in turn, surrounded

by a layer o myoepithelial cells and blood capillaries. The raw

materials or milk production are transported via the blood

stream to the secretory cells. It takes 400-800 L o blood to

deliver components or 1 L o milk.

Although in those early years there are no laboratories,

scientists in Entomology, Microbiology and other branches

o Science in the Arabian Desert.

The verse stated that: God is not ashamed to make an

example o a emale mosquito or even smaller organisms.

Why ALLAH not ashamed?, the present author ound a

complicated relationships between a emale mosquito and

smaller organisms live either inside or outside mosquito.

  These organisms were bacteria, viruses, malaria parasites,

while those live outside mosquito were mites or ungi.

  The bacteria were ound to secrete antimicrobial agents

against other pathogenic agents that transmit diseases to

human. Thus they play a very important role in protecting

human against the diseases transmitted to human by

these pathogens. We can consider the gut o mosquito as a

actory synthesizing drugs against dierent disease causedby mosquito. This act was discovered rom the complicated

relationship between a emale mosquito and other smaller

organisms live inside it, who told prophet Muhammed

(Pbuh) about this act, we must remember (God not

Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is a major worldwide

health problem, with an increasing prevalence and

mortality. Hepatotropic viruses e.g. HBV and HCV play an

important role in HCC pathogenesis. Therapeutics although

improving, are still limited, and have many side eects and

the chance o a successul treatment outcome is greatly

diminished. We have a very strong Islamic aith and belie 

in the preventive and therapeutic eects o honey bee

and Nigella sativa. Traditionally, they have been used to

promote health. It is reported in Holly Quran and Sunna

that honey bee and blackseed are panacea or all ailments,

but cannot prevent aging or death. Thereore; the objective

o the present study was to evaluate the invitro antitumor

eects o Bee honey and Nigella Sativa against human liver

cancer cells and to clariy the molecular and biochemical

mechanisms which could be involved in their eects.

  These mechanisms could be related to their antioxidant

and apoptotic activities. Thus, exposing HepG2 cell line

to dierent doses o diluted unractionated bee honey, as

well as to dierent doses o alcohol extract o nigella sativa

and their combinations. Exposure lasted or dierent time

durations, thus both dose and time course response tests

were conducted.(1)

No. 5688]. Black Seed is also known as Black Cummin, Black 

Caraway & many other names. It’s botanical name is Nigella

sativa. Thymoquinone is the active substance extracted

rom black seed.

Long ago, beore prophet Mohammad (PBUH), in the

time o Galen and Hippocrates, black seed was not one

o the popular remedies o the time. Because o therecommendation that came rom the Prophet, the usage

and popularity o black seed was known as a “remedy o the

Prophet”. The Prophet not only mentioned the useulness

o black seed in his teachings, but also gave specic

instructions on how to prepare the seed or medical use.

  The rst study o black seed in cancer prevention was

perormed by scientists at cancer Laboratory o Hilton

Head Island, South Carolina. They concluded that a healthy

immune system would detect and destroy cancer cells

beore cancer spread and jeopardize the patient’s lie.

In animal studies, while none o the subjects in the control

group survived, two-thirds o the mice that had been given

black seed oil were still alive 30 days ater deliberate eorts

to cause cancer in the both groups. Black seed is also useul

in cancers whose growth depends on angiogenesis.

Purpose o our Study:

Pancreatic cancer is one o the most lethal cancers in the

world. It is estimated annual worldwide incidence o 500,000

new cases and equals death. Despite advancements in

surgery,  chemotherapy, radiotherapy, and combinations

o treatment modalities, the 5 year survival rate o patients

with pancreatic cancer have not improved substantiallyand remain <1%. Current standard adjuvant therapies

or pancreatic cancer consist o administering cytotoxic

chemotherapeutic agents or irradiation treatment alone,

or in combination. Unortunately, the anti-cancer eects

decrease over time due to a high degree o inherent and

acquired chemoresistance. We recently reported thepotential benet o Thymoquinone (TQ), present in the

volatile oil o the seed Nigella sativa seeds (also called

black seeds) or prevention o prostate cancer (Kaseb A

et.al., Cancer Research 67: 7782-7788, 2007). The purpose

o this study was to test our hypothesis or enhanced

chemosensitivity in pancreatic cancer and exploremolecular mechanism associated with better therapeutic

outcome or uture use in the clinic.

Method:

Pancreatic tumor cells (HPAC, BxPC-3, Panc-1 and MDA Panc-28, COLO 357, L3.6pl,) cells were treated with TQ (0-50µM) or

48hrs to examine anti-prolierative and pro-apoptotic eects.

  The enhanced chemosensitivity towards Gemcitabine and

Oxaliplatin was also assessed in vitro using the MTT assay

and quantiying cytoplasmic histone-DNA ragments. The

treatment regimen was pre-treatment with TQ (5-50µM; 48

hrs) ollowed by cytotoxic drugs or 24hrs. The molecular

mechanism or enhanced chemosensitivity was investigated

using Western immunobloting techniques to identiy pro-

apoptotic as well as, anti-apoptotic signaling moieties in cells

treated with a single TQ treatment and in those pretreated

with TQ (48 hr) and then treated with cytotoxic agents. Gel

shit assays (EMSA) were perormed to elucidate whether

these treatments increased or decreased the basal activation

o the NF-kB transcription actor, responsible or suppressing

apoptosis.

Experimental animals- Female ICR-SCID mice were

purchased rom Taconic Farms (Germantown, NY). Themice were housed and maintained under sterile conditions

in acilities accredited by the American Association or the

Accreditation o Laboratory Animal Care and in accordance

with current regulations and standards o the United States

Department o Agriculture, United States Department o 

Health and Human Services, and the NIH. The mice wereused in accordance with Animal Care and Use Guidelines

o Wayne State University under a protocol approved by

the Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee. Mice

received Lab Diet 5021 (Purina Mills, Inc., Richmond, IN).

Orthotopic implantation o tumor cells – HPAC cells

were harvested rom sub-confuent cultures ater a brie 

exposure to 0.25% trypsin and 0.2%EDTA. Trypsinization

was stopped by adding medium containing 10%FBS.

  The cells were washed once in serum ree medium and

resuspended in PBS. Only suspension consisting o a single

cell with >90% viability was used or the injections. The

pancreas o anesthetized mice was exposed through a

midline laparotomy incision and by retraction o the spleen.

2x105 cells in 20µl PBS were injected into the parenchyma

o pancreas with a 27 gauge hypodermic needle and

Hamilton syringe. The abdominal wound was sutured

using a 5.0 chromic gut suture in a running ashion. In our

previous experience with this model, tumors take rate o >90% was obtained (35)

orally by gavage or 25 days; (c) Oxaliplatin - 10 mg/kg

body wt., i.p., given twice per week; (d) Gemcitabine- 50 mg/kg body wt., i.p., given thrice per week; (e)

and () TQ and gemcitabine or oxaliplatin, ollowing

the schedule as or individual treatments. All mice  

were killed on day-35 ollowing last dose o TQ

treatment, and their body weight was recorded.

Upon autopsy, the pancreas was excised neatly, reed

o any extraneous adhering tissue, and weighed.

For routine H&E staining, one part o the tissue was

xed in ormalin and embedded in paran. Another

part was rapidly rozen in liquid nitrogen, and stored

at -70°C and subsequently used or preparation o 

nuclear and tissue extracts or EMSA and Western

immunobloting. H&E staining conrmed  the

presence o tumor in each pancreas. 

Mice Imaging - In addition to conventional evaluation

o isolated pancreatic tumor weight, therapeutic response

was also evaluated by noninvasive optical imaging o EGFR

expression as endpoint tumor biomarker. To achieve this,

lter sterilized EGF-IRDye-800CW (EGFR antibody) was

delivered via tail vein (1 nmol/L per mice) 96 hrs beore

euthanizing the animals. Near inrared fuorescence

imaging o live animals was done using Odyssey Inrared

Imaging system under isofuorane anesthesia.

Results:

With exception o Panc-1, most pancreatic cancer cells

were ound sensitive to TQ alone (in the range between

30-50µM) as measured by reduced viability and the

initiation o apoptosis. Panc-1 cells were seen sensitive

to TQ concentration as low as 5µM. In combination, TQ

pretreatment signicantly (p<0.01) enhanced the anti-prolierative and apoptotic eect o Gemcitabine and

Oxaliplatin in these cells relative to the untreated control

or a single drug regimen. In addition, constitutively active

NF-kB and several o its downstream eector genes related

to metastasis and invasion were downregulated by TQ

alone. This suggests that TQ can modulate an importantmolecular target NF-kB, and thus, play a role in reversing

chemoresistance as well inhibiting invasion and metastasis

o pancreatic cancer.

In addition to in vitro results, here we show, or the

rst time, that TQ in combination with gemcitabine and/or oxaliplatin is much more eective as an anti-tumor

agent compared to either agent alone in our HPAC animal

orthotopic model.

The Scientic act: Recently, many researches provide

evidence that dew is a continuous source o water to plants,

and some plants depend on dew more than on rain. This is

because it is easy or plants to absorb dew rom surace o 

their leaves than waiting or rains to settle down to their

roots. The importance o dew motivated many researchers

to catch the mist to irrigate ood plants in dry regions.

Faces o Scientic act in Qur’an :rom the above , we

can understand that dew is one o the natural available

water resources or plants especially in dry regions. This is

because rains has to be heavy enough to go down into the

soil and thereater absorbed by plants.hn the above verse,

Allah the Almighty, Has claried this act in scientic andprecise picture since ourteen century ago. The word  جنةwhich is mentioned in the above verse , means, in Arabic,

eld o dierent kinds and shapes o plants .These plants

can be with deep roots, medium or shallow roots water

rom rain available to plant when it settle down into the

soil. However, even shallow rooted plants can absorb dew

because it is available in their leaves suraces. This showed

the importance o dew to irrigate dierent kinds o plants.

 This what was proved recently using many technologies.

Nonetheless, some interpreters suggested that the word

ط means light rains. However this proved not to be true

I there were previous studies tracking and comparing the

level o bacterial aection between the meat slaughtered

in the Islamic way (al-muzakkah) and the one that was not,

we will be tracking only one actor, involving the storage

duration o meat rom among several acrors that the

present study covered.

  The aim o this study is to compare the quality o 

meat slaughtered in the Islamic way (al-muzakkah) withother terms o pH progress level and its eect on the

variation o tissue color, bacterial growth development

and the duration o storage o slaughtered meat that

was subjected to evacuation o blood at dierent levels.

treated with the ungus suspension.G3 is made up o the

rats treated with costus and divided into our subgroups:A-Consisted o rats treated with costus administered

orally at a dose 1. B-Consisted o rats treated with costus

administered orally at a dose 2. C-Consisted o rats treated

with the ungus suspension administered then treated

orally with costus at a dose 1. D-consisted o rats treated

with the ungus suspension administered at a dose then

treated orally with costus at a dose 2. G4: was made up o 

rats treated with Amphotericin B consisted o rats that

were treated with the ungus suspension administered

then treated with intravenous Amphotericin B. The most

ndings o the research: Histopathological & ultrastructure

changes appeared in rats inected o the ungus, in the

orm o degenerative changes in most o the lung tissues.

  The histological & ultrastructure study showed also an

obvious positive eect o costus in rats inected with both

doses o the suspension o the ungus .The histological &

ultrastructure deects continued to appear in most o the

lung tissues treated with the drug.

 The Prophet, Peace Be upon Him, also said: “Use the two

means o cure: honey and the Qur’an” (Narrated by ibn

Majahz)

Honey has remained or many centuries a git rom God.

Science has not come to discover the merge o its great

taste with its other medical and healing benets until our

present time. As Prophet Muhammad, Peace Be upon Him,

has advised it ourteen centuries ago, it is vital that we be

the pioneers as Muslims or these types o researches.

So, in that context, a research has been done on the

microbial growth using twenty dierent kinds o honey,

local and imported, diering in the vegetarian and

geographic origins. Some were natural (directly rom hives)

and some were commercially packed. The experiments

were done on dierent kinds o bacteria responsible or

highly spreading, deadly diseases ound in our hospitals.

and also on dangerous ungi which cause great damage

on health and economics by causing the molding o ood

when preserved.

With regards to anti-microbial activity, all kinds o honey

prevent the growth o bacteria and yeast at dierent levels:

incubation period. Some monocot fower samples have

shown an anti-ungi important activity ormation especially

with Eucaluptus globulus, Ziziphus lotus mountain honey

and with eudicot fowers honey on Telmisan mountains o 

(Ein Ghoraba).

Notice that rom o all the species that have been studied,the E.Coli was the most sensitive to honey. These results can

help us explain the saying o Prophet Muhammad, Peace

Be upon Him, when he told the Beduin man who came to

him complaining that his brother had stomach ache and

diarrhea.

Depending on the vegetarian and geographical origin o 

the honey, dierent ranges o sensitivity levels appear. In

an attempt to greatly improve the anti-microbial activity o 

honey, we merged samples o dierent kind o honey.

  Those results coincide with the laboratory and clinical

scientic researches that were done on severely inected

burns and dicult wounds that were not healed by

classical antibiotics. Our researches are still trying to extract

and chemically identiy the elements responsible or

suppressing the microbial growth.

seven ajwah dates in the morning will not be harmed

by poison or black magic or the rest o that day until

the night.” The Prophet (peace be upon him) also said,

“The ‘ajwah date is rom Paradise and it is an antidoteagainst poison” The attribution is true o here, was the start

o research to know the eect o dates in the elimination

o certain harmul microbes isolated rom the mouth and

tonsillitis.

In this study, the isolated bacterial species present in the

mouths o asting or twenty-nine males aged 21-23 years

old have been sampling in the evening about an hour

beore eating. It was ound that dates with the dierent

concentrations have an eective bioactivity in inhibiting

and the elimination o these bacteria isolated rom the

mouths o asting. The study was conducted also on the 30

sample o patients (21 emales and 9 males, both adults and

children) who were clinically diagnosed to have tonsillitis

(with or without adenoiditis), some patients have acute

inection like peritonsillar abscess beore tonsillectomy,

other patients were make tonsillectomy but they have a

risen in ASO titer. Antibacterial activity o aqueous extracts

o date was compared with 9 Yemeni medicinal plants (such

as Allium sativum, Citrus aurantiolia, Nigeria sativa, Zingiber

ocinale, Eugenia caryophyllata, Acacia, Thymus laerigatus

and Ocimum basilicum) against isolated bacteria. Date

  The Prophet (peace be upon him) said, regarding the

asting person, “Indeed, the changed smell coming rom

the mouth o the asting person as evening approachesis better with Allah than the smell o musk.” We know that

bacteria, which change the smell o the mouth, caused the

cause o bad odor in the mouth o the asting person at

evening, so it was (peace be upon him) break his ast with

dates. Anas narrated that, “The Messenger o Allah (peace

be upon him) would break his ast with ripe dates beorehe would pray. I there were no dates, he would drink some

water.” We have ound in this research that dates inhibit

most kinds o bacteria isolated rom the mouth o asting

in the evening.

  The prophet (peace be upon him) said, “The best o your dates is the barnee date, it removes diseases and no

diseases are ound in it.”, dates Albrani varieties o dates.

We had known that the most important causes o disease

are bacteria, so we have isolated the bacteria that cause

infammatory disease like tonsillitis. The eect o dates in

the elimination o bacteria was studied and we ound that

Mohamed peace be upon him said: “Whoever eats

exogenous, enters the body through wounds or snakebite,

by mouth with ood and drink or through breathing, and

can be either poisoning endogenous like (Uremia) or as

a result o intestinal inection, or bacteria and parasitestoxins. This research was interested in microbial inection,

particularly bacterial toxins or inection, and the eect o 

dates in the elimination o certain harmul microbes, both

those that produce internal or external toxins isolated rom

the mouth and tonsils were ound to be inected with the

highly eective o date in eradicating the bacteria.

Honey has dierent colors like the transparent and the

bright white, the light, the very light and the dark amber. All

o these dyes are derivatives o chlorophyll and carotene

and the xanthophylls and other unknown pigments. Themost common actor aecting the color o honey is the

amount o mineral salts which i present in excess, cause

the darker coloration o the honey. The dierent chemical

composition o the soil also aects the color o honey

because the fowers’ nectar depends heavily on what

minerals the plants absorb rom the soil.

Kidney stones are solid masses composed o very

small solid crystals. They vary in size rom the very small,

which could not be seen by the naked eye, to the large.

 These stones are ormed in the pelvis o the kidney, in the

ureters or can even move to the bladder. This may causean obstruction in the urinary tract or diminish its drainage

which may lead to its infation or to severe inections.

o application, we will also show how the Lord Almightylinked the cure with the dierent colors.

In our lab we chose two types o honey with dierent

colors, trying on one hand to determine by experiment the

eect o each type on the orm o the kidney stones and on

the other hand to see why the Prophet, peace be upon him,recommended to drink the solution o honey. Moreover, we

acid in large quantities or the presence o (Xanthin oxidase

Nigella sativa was ound to induce cardiac hypertrophy

and enhance cardiac unction. In the literature, there

are two types o cardiac hypertrophy, one induced by

exercise, characterized by enhanced unction and named

physiological hypertrophy. The other type is pathological

hypertrophy. It is characterized by deterioration o unction and leads to heart ailure. In this work we aim to

study Nigella induced cardiac hypertrophy, compare it to

exercise induced cardiac hypertrophy, and investigate the

underlying mechanisms.

Mds:

6o Wistar rats were divided into: control, Nigella sativa

(NS), exercise and NS-Exercise. Daily 800mg/Kg NS was

administered orally or NS and NS-Exercise groups or 8

weeks. Exercise and NS-Exercise groups were subjected to

a treadmill running or 2 hour/day or 8weeks. By the end o the experiment the ollowing parameters were recorded:

ECG, heart and let ventricular weights, serum growth

hormone, thyroid hormones, serum and cardiac IGF-I, and

AngiotensinII, and total antioxidant capacity. Moreover,

a study o the histology o the let ventricular wall was

perormed.

3. Measuring blood glucose at home: FBG and

PPBGwere,also,testedbythepaentsathome,twiceaweek,usingselfmonitoringglucometers.

* Insulin resistance index was calculated using HOMAIR.

N.B.,All patients were, also, routinely investigated or CBC,

Platelet count, PT, PTT, brinogen, LFT, and RFT, to detect

any possible side eects o the seeds.

 The present results showed that diabetic patients receiving

1g/day N. sativa revealed nonsignicant reduction in FBG,

PPBG, and HbA1c

; however the glucometer readings or FBG

and PPBG displayed a signicant reduction, started ater 3

weeks o treatment. In addition, there were nonsignicantchanges in asting C-peptide and insulin resistance.

On the other hand, in group 2 patients, the results clearly

showed that 2g/day N. sativa possesses a hypoglycemic

potential, revealed evidently by the signicant reduction

in FBG by 10.6%, 20.5%, 28.2%, and 25.8% ater 2, 4, 8,

and 12 weeks, and in PPBG by 26.4%, and 20.1%, ater 4

and 8 weeks, respectively. In addition, HbA1c

and insulin

resistance index were declined signicantly by 16.7% and

34.85%, respectively, by the end o 12 weeks, associated

with a marginally signicant decline in asting C-peptide

by 11.9%, at the 12 week reading.

In group 3 patients, FBG was a signicantly reduced only

ater 8 weeks o treatment (16.6%) , while in PPBG was non

signicantly reduced. Yet, the eect o 3g/day N. sativa was

clear on HbA1c

where it reduced signicantly by 19.8%, in

addition to mild and non signicant reduction in asting

C-peptide and BMI.

Regarding lipid prole, 1g/day N. sativa had no signicantchanges in it, while 2g/day N. sativa had eective

hypolipidemic and anti-atherogenic eects, maniested

by the signicant reduction in triglycerides by 33.1%, 20%,

17.4%, and 22.2%, and in T-cholesterol by 14.6%, 11.3%,

15.2%, and 11.1%, ater 2, 4, 8, and 12 weeks o treatment,

respectively, in addition to the signicant decline in LDL-cby 15.8% and 16.8% ater 8 and 12 weeks, respectively.

On the other hand, HDL-c was non signicantly raised,

while ratios o HDL-c to LDL-c and to T-cholesterol were

signicantly elevated.

In group 3 patients (3g/day), N.sativa induced nonsignicant reduction in triglycerides, and total cholesterol

levels that become statistically signicant ater 1,4 and 12

weeks o treatment in case o cholesterol (15.7%, 15.7%,

and 10.7% respectively). Further, LDL-c level declined

signicantly only ater 1week o treatment where it reduced

by 8.1%, while HDL-c levels, although raised but remainbelow the statistically signicant level.

The ratios between HDL-c to T.cholesterol and to LDL-c

were both raised , but only HDL-c/LDL-c reached a

signicant level ater 1week.

Moreover, 1g/day N. sativa produced nonsignicant

reduction in hemodynamics and BMI, while 2g / day N. sativa

demonstrated a signicant decline in SBP, DBP, and MAP, as

well as a reduction in HR, started ater 4weeks o treatmentand, in consequence, a reduction o PRP, in addition to

non signicant rise in BMI. In group 3 patients, there were

signicant reduction in SBP, ater 12 week, and in DBP ater

1week, and in MAP ater 1, and 12weeks o treatment. In

contrary to the other groups, the heart rate was increased

signicantly ater 4 and 8 weeks o treatment. No changeswere noted in BMI in this group.

N.B.,

  The routinely investigated parameters including, CBC,

Platelet count, PT, PTT, brinogen, LFT, and RFT, were

nonsignicantly changed, except or brinogen level which

was signicantly reduced only at 2 week reading in group

1, and signicantly increased at 8, and 12 week readings in

group 2, and ater 1and 12 weeks in group3.

Also, Hb was signicantly lowered only at the 12week 

reading in group 1, and at the 8 and 12 week readings in

Propolis one o the drinks (honey, propolis, wax, pollens,

venom and royal jelly) that come rom bees bellies. Propolis

has attracted researchers’ interest in the last decades

because o its several biological and pharmacological

properties (Bankova et al ., 2000). Besides, propolis-

containing products have been intensely marketed by the

pharmaceutical industry and health-ood stores (Banskota

et al ., 2000).

 The aim o the present study is to investigate the possible

protective eects o propolis against the destructive,

oxidative changes and the underlining mechanisms in

rats with streptozotocin-induced diabetes leading to

osteopathy.

  The experiment took six weeks, during which 70 male

white albino rats 150-300 g were obtained rom college

o medicine (University o Dammam). Rats were divided in

to 2 groups o 10 rats in each as ollows: Group I: control

non-diabetic rats, Group II: streptozotocin-induced diabeticrats as an experimental group (n = 60). Rats were injected

with streptozotocin (STZ) 60 mg/kg, intraperitoneal (IP)

to induce diabetes. Group II was subdivided as ollows:

Group II-1: non-treated diabetic rats, Group II-2 diabetic rats

treated with insulin 5u/kg, Group II-3: diabetic rats treated

with propolis 0.3g/kg, Group II-4: diabetic rats treated with

double the hypoglycemic dose o propolis 0.6g/kg, Group

II-5: diabetic rats treated with propolis (0.3g/kg) + insulin

and Group II-6: diabetic rats treated with propolis (0.6g/kg)

+ insulin.

At the end o the experiment, rats were sacried and

1) blood was collected rom the aorta. The ollowing

parameters were measured: glucose, parathyroid hormone,

calcitonin, antioxidant enzymes (SOD and CAT) and lipidperoxidation levels and 2) emurs or measurement

o weights, ash contents o calcium, phosphorus and

magnesium .

The results o the present study showed that the

treatment o rats with propolis with or without insulin wasassociated with a signicant decrease in the blood glucose

levels to approach near that o the control (negative) group.

It was ound that, treatment o diabetic rats by propolis

and propolis plus insulin caused normalization in the

calcitonin levels. Parathyroid hormone concentration in

the non treated diabetic (positive) group were signicantly

increased compared to the negative control as well as all

the treated groups (II2, II3, II4, II5and II6), while the increases

in the mean values o plasma parathyroid hormone

concentrations in all the treated groups (II2, II3, II4, II5and

II6) ound to be insignicant compared to the negative

control group.

With the double dose propolis with insulin treated group,the mean values o emur ash (FA) per emur weight (FW)

were ound to be signicantly higher than in the non treated

diabetic (positive) group and propolis treated group while

the groups (II2, II4, II5and II6) didn’t showed a signicant

increase in their FA/FW ratio.

 Treatment with propolis restored ash calcium, phosphorus

and magnesium concentration to normal.

It is concluded that, propolis administration with the

traditional treatment o T1D (insulin) is very benecial

in the control o the disease and prevention o the most

dangerous complications as osteopathy.

Hammam Munabbih reported: O the a hadith narrated

by Abu Huraira rom Muhammad, the Messenger o Allah

(may peace be upon him), one is this: The Messenger o 

Allah (may peace be upon him) said: The purication o the

the dog, lies in washing it seven times.

Ibn Mughaal reported: The Messenger o Allah (may

peace be upon him) ordered killing o the dogs, and then

said: What about them, i. e. about other dogs? and then

granted concession (to keep) the dog or hunting and the

dog or (the security) o the herd, and said: When the dog

licks the utensil, wash it seven times, and rub it with sand

the eighth time.

  The scientic act related to this text is that dog saliva

contains pathogens aected human and causes several

diseases. Number o studies showed that dog saliva caused

illness to human as prophet Muhammed stated. One study

reports a human case o postoperative sinus inection

caused by methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus intermedius. 

  This case illustrates the possibility o transmission o 

antibiotic - resistant bacteria causing inection rom dogs to

humans. Another case demonstrates or the rst time that

Staphylocpoccus intermedius, the common commensal and

pathogen in dogs, can cause skin abscesses in humans ater

direct inoculation o this pathogen into the skin and sot

tissues. These studies supported by recent study, in which

researcher isolated dog bronchopulmonary secretions

bacteria. He ound many identied microorganisms in

the lavage fuid such as Pseudomonas spp., Acinetobacter

spp., Stenotrophomonas maltophilia, Micrococcus luteus,

Bacillus spp. Micrococcus spp., Staphylococcus spp. and

Flavobacterium. In current study the hemolytic activity,

which related to the pathogenic potential o two species o 

oral streptococci processed with dog saliva, was estimated.

One o these streptococci is Streptococcus mutans that

reside in the human dental plaque and causes dental

caries. The other one is Streptococcus pneumoniae that

ound in human throat and causes pneumonia and other

diseases. The hemolytic activity o dog saliva treated-

streptococci increased obviously in case o pure dog saliva,

sides; the rst side is that dog saliva contains pathogenic

supporting actors which increase the hemolytic activity o 

the Streptococcus pneumonia and Streptococcus mutans.

 The second side is the obligatory o using sand as the waterdid not kill the microbes but only reduce it’s pathogenicity.

  The third one is related to the seven times washing as

some microbes pathogenicity did not be aected unless

be washed seven times by water.

him, complaining o cruelty in his heart.   The Prophet,

peace be upon him, told him: “I you’d like to soten your

heart and obtain your need, be merciul to an orphan,

wipe his head, and eed him rom your ood. Then your

heart will soten and you will obtain your need.”

when compared with one who did not has increased weight

gain by 47 percent, his nervous system matures aster, he is

more active and has a aster cure time when exposed to

diseases and inections.

The Prophetic guidance or wiping the head o 

the orphan miraculously shows two things:

I: Wiping the head o the orphan:

 The head is the contact area that links the individual with

his surroundings: within it lies the nervous system. When the

hand o the wiping person touches the head o an orphan,a orm o communication takes place between them.

 Through wiping, the negative charges that are present in

the orphan’s mind are removed and wiped o. Repetition

o this process brings rest and reassurance to the mind o 

the orphan and relaxes his body. The other amazing thing is

that the person who wipes the head also receives positiveeects at the same time.

 

II: The efect brought to the wiping person:

  This merciul act rids the one who wipes the orphan’shead rom the illness o cruelty in the heart. The remedy

or reprehensible ethics includes dealing with it in

an opposite way. Arrogance, or example, is treated

with being modest; greediness with generosity and

cruelty o the heart is with tenderness and sotness.

Abstract

 The antibacterial activity o aqueous and organic solvent

extracts o Nigella sativa seeds as well as puried alkaloids,

thymoquinone (TQ) and thymohydroquinone (THQ)

was investigated against dierent types o pathogenicbacteria; Salmonella typhimurium, Salmonella enteritidis

,Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, Shigella fexneri

and Pseudomonas aeruginosa. All investigated materials

exerted antibacterial activity against Gram-positive and

Gram-negative bacteria regardless to their susceptibility

to antibiotics. Hexane and diethyl ether extracts were

more potent than other organic solvent extracts S. aureus,

was highly susceptible to thymoquinone (TQ) and was

inhibited and killed by 3 and 6 µg/ml respectively. On the

contrary the concentration o thymohydroquinone (THQ)

required to inhibit and kill S. aureus was 400 and 800 µg/

ml respectively. The investigated Gram-negative bacteria

were less susceptible to alkaloids, organic solvent extracts,

  TQ and THQ and their MICs and MBCs ranged between

200-400 and 1600 µg/ml. All combinations o TQ or THQ

with antibiotics (ampicillin, cephalexin, chloramphenicol,

tetracycline, gentamicin, and ciprofoxacin) exerted

synergism in S. aureus. On the other hand, in Gram-negative

bacteria, synergism, antagonism and indierent eects

were detected in 29.9%, 23.6% and 47.5 o the tested

combinations respectively. This study which demonstrated

the antibacterial activity o N. sativa contributes in the

ulllment o the truthulness o the saying o prophet

Muhammad (peace be upon him) which stated that the

black seed is a cure or all ailments except or death.

poisonous cellular and histological eects o this compound.

Experiments were carried out on 65 “Bulb/C” adult male

mice. The study sample was divided into ve groups; 15 mice

each. 1st Control Group (G1) represented the animals which

administrated by regular drinking water. 2nd Control Group

(G2) represented the animals given gastric intubation dose

o 0.02 mg/g/ 5 days/ week o soaked dates. (G3) represented

the animals exposed to benzene 91 at dose o (0.008mg/g)

in the exposure box or eight hours a day/ 5 days/week. (G4)

represented the animals given soaked dates, then exposed

to gasoline 91 at dose o (0.008mg/g) in the exposure box

or eight hours a day/ 5days/week. Animals o G1,G

2,G

3,and

G4

were dissected ater the end o each experimental

period,8,16, and 24 weeks. Group (G5) represented the

animals exposed to benzene 91 at dose o(0.008mg/g) in

the exposure box or eight hours a day/ 5 days/week or 8

weeks and let to recover or 8 weeks. The most important

results concluded by the study in the lung examination o 

(G3) ater 8 weeks showed a congestion o blood vessels and

capillaries, endothelial necrosis, and phagocytes aggregates.

Ater 16 weeks, the alveolar wall thickness was noticed,

(P1) and (P

2) hypertrophy, prolieration o broblast. The

cellular examination revealed existence o macrophages in

capillaries lumen , hypertrophy o (P2) cells and disorder o 

lamellar bodies numbers, mitochondria deormation in the

cup shaped, cytoplasmic lysis o (P1

), necrotic nuclei with

intranuclear inclusions. Ater 24 weeks, a local pulmonary

strength in various ways:

1-Anger causes more exertion to the heart than its normal

2 - Anger causes high blood pressure and loss o vesselselasticity by the repeated attacks o anger, causing increase

 The Prophet, Peace Be upon Him, gave us a system (which

in itsel is a miracle as it consists o seven basics) to prevent

the occurrence o anger and ve others which act as atreatment i it occurred.

By Allah’s avor, we managed to arrange them and

demonstrate their medical and psychological miraculous

eects in the ollowing manner:

At a time when the world screams o the hazardous eects

o anger, the Mental Health Foundation o America says:

“It is not dealt with anger until ater a violent committed

crime is done by the angry person”. This clearly indicates

a lack o a successul method to prevent the occurrence

o anger! The report also says: “We are in need o urther

research and teaching methods to cope with anger and

early intervention beore the occurrence o its consecutive

problems.”

  The British Institute or the Management o Anger

conrms: “Dealing with anger nowadays has become a verycomplicated issue”.

An integrated program o the seven basic rules mentioned

by the Prophet o Islam showed that the miraculous

management o anger was given hundreds o years ahead.

His program guided the Muslims and those who ollowhis approach and overcame many medical and general

1 - Stay silent when angry.

2 - Seek reuge by Allah rom the cursed Satan.

3 - Change your position when angry (or instance,when

a person gets angry-and he was in standing position-let

him sit down,so his anger will go away)

4 – Make..

5 – Stick your cheek to the ground when the intensity o 

anger is very high.

  This is what we know o the Prophet, Peace Be

upon Him, whom his Lord said about in the Qur’an:“ There has certainly come to you a Messenger rom

among yourselves. Grievous to him is what you suer;

[he is] concerned over you [i.e., your guidance] and to the

believers is kind and merciul.” (Surah at-Tawbah, 9:128)

In another narration, he said: “I bought some ood rom

charity. I proted rom it beore I got paid . So, I came to

 The researcher ocused on the act that the cause o many

crises that enguled the local and the world nancial markets

was the lack o possessing the assets under contract. Thus,

this research aims at exploring the miraculous aspects

in the word o the prophet: “ Do not sell what you do not

possess”. Ignoring this condition has led to the occurrence

o many economic crises, by reviewing many transaction

concluded in the capital markets o to day, without the need

to own the assets. Those assets, though , can be dealt with

by selling or buying them ,giving loans to or borrowing

them ,or by any other nancial transactions, such as shortsale and some types o nancial derivatives.

the ownership o the asset and its subsequent risks (in

Hence, economic and periodic nancial crises erupt when

these risk reach a certain limit where the economic activity

cannot be continued.

In the nancial markets o today, dealing with assets

that are not owned lead to the use o the same assets to

generate myriad o debts. The dealer can immediately sell

the asset by cash once he buys it without possessing it and

the new trader, in turn, can sell it again without getting its

possession and so on.

Most o the writings about the scientic miracles in the

Qur’an and the Sunnah ocus on the scientic, medical and

linguistic elds. They rarely mention anything about the

some sporadic researches and studies in this specialty.

Due to the unexplained variability o the social and

psychological laws, we nd that there is no much

inormation o the social phenomena. This is because the

researcher and the material studied are human, not as the

case o the natural and scientic phenomena which aregoverned by xed and eternal laws.

 

 Thereore, we ound that virtually no studies concentrated

on the scientic miracles o the media in the Qur’an and

Sunnah. Most o the writings which dealt with the term

“Islamic Media,” whether written or studied, started

their work based on the acts o knowledge that already

existed in the eld o inormation and communication and

shaped it into an Islamic style rather than working with the

inormation according to Islamic knowledge.

 This, o course, is due to the act that most researchers in

the eld o Islamic Inormation have remote specializations

(such as inormation and communication) but they do

not have any basic knowledge in the eld o the Islamic

sciences nor in the eld o the scientic miracles in the

Qur’an and Sunnah. Thus, there should be expertise or

That is why mentioning the issue o the media in the

Qur’an and Sunnah, (its rules, its principals, as well as its

miracles therein) is still a conservative issue that is discussed

modestly by ew writings and did not reach out seriously

to the researchers and interested parties- let alone thegeneral public-.

  The act is that the intererence or agreement o others

is not needed to lay down theories or us because o our

reerral to the Holy Qur’an or the Sunnah which conrm the

miraculous aspects in them. The linguistic miracle existing

in the words o the Qur’an and the Sunnah is strong, thus it

is our right to stand or it when we nd knowledge in the

verses in the Qur’an and the Sunnah, which indeed illustrate

miraculous acts concerning media. We must also work on

establishing its inclusive principals and rules or application,

rather than copying what was established by the oreignresearches and studies that already exist in this eld.

An attentive reading o the verses o the Holy Qur’an

shows that it deals with the media in all its dimensions,

principals, ethics and objectives in a very detailed way,

which has not even done yet by other proessional media

studies. Furthermore, these verses illustrate totally dierent

  The verses are short but clearly understood by the

linguistically and the scientically qualied people. yet it is

not easy to summarize them in a ew phrases or words.

An example rom the Qur’an is shown here: “ O you

who have believed, i there comes to you a disobedient

one with inormation, investigate, lest you harm a people

out o ignorance and become, over what you have done,

regretul.” (Surah al-Hujurat, 49:6)

According to the Qur’anic interpretations, the

explanations o the Prophetic traditions and arabic

dictionaries, we nd that this verse had ounded the

operational components o the media in a miraculous way.

It answers many conusing questions to explain the process.

These questions are:

1 - Why was the call o God Almighty addressed to

the believers and not to people in general? He said:

“O you who have believed “ rather than, “O people,”

considering the act that the process o media and

communication is not limited to the believers only?

in manoeuvering the media and communication

processes? What is their eectiveness and

relevance?

6 – How was one verse in one sentence

composed o 18 words mentioned in the

Qur’anic surah able, in an obvious miraculous

linguistic and grammatical ashion, to summon

the key components o the media process and

the conditions o each element while many

written capabilities in this eld ailed to do so?

draw attention to those who have reasoning

and conscious hearts to the meanings o

Messiah has said, “O Children of Israel, worship Allah, my Lord and your Lord.” Indeed, he who associates others with Allah

– Allah has forbidden him Paradise, and his refuge is the Fire.

 And there are not for the wrongdoers any helpers.” (Surah al-

Ma’idah, 5:72)

(B) The Legislative Goals Stated in the Verses:  This research sheds light on some o the hidden, beautiul

secrets that are shown in the miraculous Islamic legislations

brought with the laws o inheritance. The deep divine meanings

o the undamental goals included in the Islamic inheritance

legislation are explained by our scholars in their refective

statements and interpretations o the Qur’anic contexts

ound in Surah an-Nisa. This was presented to the nation with

clarication or the percentages, the shares and eligibility

o which heirs. It refected the divine wisdom and accurate

knowledge o the absolute conditions o His servants, whether

men or women, young or old.

God concludes the verses regarding “inheritance” and

seals them by describing Himsel as: “And Allah is Knowing

o all things,” “And Allah is Knowing and Forbearing,”

“Indeed, Allah is ever Knowing and Wise.”

. Through the scientic material presented in this research,

we want to show the scientic rank o inheritance with

both its devotional worship and its reasonable meanings.

Also shown are the legislative wisdom o the inclusive

inheritance law initially revealed and the advent o the other

three verses o inheritance, as well as the just distribution o the deceased’s wealth.

the miraculous Islamic legislative method observed in the

Qur’anic text which deals with this obligatory command o

and clear wisdom because the Islamic legislation took great

care in dealing with nancial issues and their benets.

God beautied His introductory words about inheritance

to psychologically prepare the believers to accept His

partial and detailed commands in this justly organized

system or both men and women.

The order o distributing the deceased’s wealth is

extremely wise and careully looked at. It considers the

order o succession, as the nearest relatives to the deceased

deserve more inheritance than the urther relatives. This

conrms a just, disciplined sequence in accordance with the

rules which does not avor one at the expense o another.

It is also noted that the order o rights arranged by God

in the distribution o the wealth o the deceased was done

sensibly:

1- It begins by rst covering the uneral expenses,including the preparation, cleaning and burial, thus, giving

the deceased the right o his money.

2- Next, comes the payment o the deceased debts, thus,

clearing his duties towards others beore meeting his Lord.

3- Then, it is the ulllment o his bequest to ulll his

promises

4- Lastly, it is the distribution o the remaining wealth to

the deceased’s heirs.

God began the inheritance legislation with the words:

“instruct you” to indicate that He is just and merciul to His

creations, even more so than one’s own parents. Then He

used the expression: “your children” instead o “your sons”

to be inclusive o both males and emales.

 

  The issue o the male inheriting twice as much as the

emale brings this state o balance and justice, or the

burden o responsibilities given to the male versus that

given to the emale.

 The paternal outweighs the parental inheritance due to

the act that the nancial responsibility or children rests

upon their athers.God placed upon the ather an extra

privilege over the mother in inheritance due to the act

that his nancial responsibility and burden in supporting

the mother puts upon him more obligations. This, o course,

refects the extreme justness and airness o God, the MostWise, over His people.

 The distribution o shares between the maternal brothers

and sisters are equal in case o a deceased mother due to the

act that they are related to one another by motherhood,

and the responsibility or living expenses is not required o 

a mother.

But this in not true in the distribution o shares between

the paternal brothers and sisters, as they are related to one

another by the ather, upon whom the responsibility o 

living expenses is required.

Finally, it is noted that the verses concerning inheritance

nish with the mention o Allah’s best names.

 The wisdom here is to inorm people that God has laid

down or us the inheritance system in its perect orm. He

knows how we obtained our money and how it should be

distributed airly. By accepting His way o distribution, we

know that we are leaving this lie in submission to Him, The“Wise”, “Knowing and Forbearing.”

bear any text over its ability or dicult to be understood

according to modern science, but I mentioned what

couldn’t be neglected or seen with the eye o doubt, theyare:

1. the modern studies held by group o specialized

scientists in geological phenomena showed a great

relation between earth quakes and volcanoes, volcanoes

are preceded with earth quakes, that was happened in (

654H).

2. re comes rom Hijjaz is on o the minor signs o the

last day that occurred and stills.

3. this re isn’t the last time re, takes people to their

collection, it will be one o the major signs o the last day.

4. the scientic studies that were perormed on Hijjaz

area showed that the volcanic revolutions that ormed

Rahat were ormed more over than ten millions o years

at least, it wit was known with sequence o volcanic

revolutions intermediated with periods o relativelycalmness, nowadays we live in one o these calm periods.

ollowed by a great volcanic revolution, associated withearth quakes, the nal earth quake ormed a number o 

volcanic cones , pushed millions tons o lava toward the

south, these volcanic cones still vibrated that means the

melt stones under these cones are active, it conrms that

the volcanic revolutions that will emit in uture rom this

area but only God now when it will be.

Lord is the greatest who gave us this accurate science that

only realized science ew years, our prophet peace be upon

him told us science (145029) years conrming validity o 

his message and connection with heaven aspiration that is

not a continuous action but it consists o many phases,

the most important phase is when the beam moves rom

the cloud toward earth and the return phase as the beam

an eye glance!!Taking into consideration that the neededtime or each phase o these two phases is measured by a

raction o a second which is impossible or an eye to catch

 This proves that the prophet told us about things which

areclearly identied only by the recent photographing

advanced machines.

Also, we will see a prophetic miracle as the prophet told

us that the lightning fash goes rom and returns to the

cloud in a time equals to the time o eye’s glance as that is

against the old belies which consider the lightning fash

happens in no time.

  This is an indication that the prophet didn’t agree on

wrong belies o people at that time but he corrected these

belies, simply because His teacher is Allah Almighty Who

taught the whole humanity.

When we contemplate in the lightning phenomenon weshould conclude that what the prophet told us concerning

language which is science by telling them that as you seethe lightning phenomenon happens as a certainact,you

will also see day o resurrection as a certain act.

Denitely,this miraculous hadith increase the belie o 

the believer and opens a path or the atheist to believe in

Allah Almighty because the only wayto persuade atheists

to believe is the materialistic scientic proos.

At the end we have to mention that this prophetic

hadithprove that every single word mentioned by the

prophet peace be upon him is an inspiration rom Allah

Almighty who created lightning and that the prophet

is sincere. Also it is a proo that Islam is the religion o

than 30 years, demanded that Mecca›s longitude become

the Prime Meridian rather than Greenwich, as he said :

they direct themselves to the center o the DRY LAND.

It should be mentioned that the centrality o Makkah on

Earth acilitates the perormance o Hajj and `Umrah or all

Muslims rom every corner o the world.

serious consequences or the health o human beings, and

also severely aects natural ecosystems. In addition, it alls

down on the land and sea to spoil them.

 The Qur’an and Sunna stipulating that water is the basis

o lie lays a number o obligations and responsibilities on

Muslims: the conserving o existent water supplies in the

best possible way; the prevention o any activity that might

lead to the pollution o water sources or spoil the purity

and characteristics o the water.

Environmental pollution is one o the greatest dangers

or humankind. This reerence to pollution in the Qur’an

at a time when there was no environmental awareness

is remarkably interesting. Corruption has appeared on

land, sea and also air because o what the hands o men

have earned, that Allah may make them taste a part o 

that which they have done, in order that they may return.

  The Quran stresses that this corruption in the orm o 

pollution or contamination can only happen because

o what man’s evil deeds. The possibility o returning

the Earth to a balance exists, and this is what scientists

confrm today. However, this act was not ully understood

until the late seventies o the twentieth century and the

Qur’an reported this act since more than 14 centuries

ago. Mankind is clearly spoiling and corrupting the lands,

seas and air. Much o the natural and man-made disasters

are happening today, and they will only get ar worse than

what they already are. Mankind will also greatly suer

these disasters, and this suering will serve as a warning

and reminder rom Allah Almighty to those who still have

some aith and believing hearts.

It is a clear testimony to the act that the Holy Qur’an is

the word o the Creator in its Divine purity and that Prophet

Mohammad (Peace and blessing o Allah be upon him) is

His messenger or all mankind.

Abstract 

  The research that at our hands deals in detail with the

scientic and the rhetorical miracles o verse 74, Surat Al-

Baqara where Allah the Blessed and Almighty says...

((Then, even ater that, your hearts were hardened

and became as rocks, or worse than rocks, or hardness.

For indeed there are rocks rom which rivers gush out,

and indeed there are rocks which split asunder so

that water foweth rom them. And indeed there are

rocks which all down or the ear o Allah. Allah is not

unaware o what ye do.)) (Al-Baqara - 74)

In this verse God Almighty describes - In the rst section

o the verse - the cruelty and severity o the hearts o Jews

and the disbelie o the apparent right and denial o God’s

blessings on them and not ear him in spite o all what they

saw o the miracles and blessings. . . then God puts their

hearts into comparison with the stones which are consider

the most hardness and intensity o what God created.

 Then, in the second section o the verse, Allah mention

some examples in parables … that these cruel stones are

in act the source o welare, development and the spring

o lie, not only that but it is one o the most creatures

with humility and ear o God.

In terms o geo-science, the verse included potentially

many signs or the branches o geology, which had been

extracted rom the meaning o the words, deeds and

characters, and even also rom the order o the sentences.

Due to the diversity o inormation, the second section o the verse has been divided into three sentences these are:

1. There are rocks from which rivers gush out.

2. There are rocks which split asunder so that

water oweth from them.

3. There are rocks which fall down for the fear of 

Allah.

explanation and description o the role o water and how

it works to create a set o cracks in a specied way within

the stone in which the water was trapped. While or the

2nd sentence the scientic act is in the presence o what is

known as “the limestone caves”. As or the third sentence thescientic truth relates to the presence o the phenomenon

o “aulting o rocks and their displacement”.

contain and the case that could be. . .

We nd that the verse contain a precise and an eloquent

description with very deep scientic approach or a some

o the most important geological phenomena giving rise

to extracting the basics o geology rom those sentence.

It became clear to us that such accurate description

wouldn’t be unless it is based upon a ull and comprehensive

knowledge or the numerous scientic branches o geology.

So how it comes that all these kinds o inormation were

mentioned just in ew words by a man who was herding sheep

&goats and trading in the markets since 1430 years ago !!??

  This is only because he is a prophet and messenger

rom the Lord o the Worlds came out with right.
