system for one of the largest credit unions in the world.

Language Branches for several applications

NIH for the past decade on this flagship program.

Challenge
Needed technical support while implementing global, web-based technologies and IT support that give direct, secure access to USCIS services by applications and petitioners
Solution
With a 5 year, $4 million contract we provided services including oversight on Agile methodology and SW work products including the Sprint plans, architecture and software design/code
Results
SCI is successfully implementing complex technical and organizational techniques to assist with the USCIS' program to make them more accessible
Change Management Program
Challenge
A global offshore drilling contactor wanted to launch a daily operational reporting system to replace a manual process that was deeply ingrained in the workforce
Solution
SCI recommended and executed a scenario-based eLearning program that allowed users to use real-world workflows in a controlled environment
Results
The project was developed and deployed in three months. The educational intervention resulted in an 80 percent completion rate within 6 weeks and allowed for a successful rollout of the new reporting software. Ultimately, this allowed a significant reduction in operational costs.
