DIE CASTING

Allow SciCast to make your transition smooth and cost effective. Basic adaptation costs, set-up and sampling charges associated with cast samples from an inherited tool will be waived, pending an evaluation of the tooling. Refurbishment of tooling or purchase of missing items will be an additional cost. A quote will be provided prior to adaptation of the tooling.

We have provided parts to the military, medical, telecommunication and instrumentation control industries and have a reputation for doing the most difficult, exacting castings. We cast aluminum and zinc parts from fractions of an ounce to multiple pounds. We can give you a “ready to use” part by performing all required secondary operations, such as machining, painting, plating and assembly.We pride ourselves on providing quality parts at a competitive price in a timely manner.

SciCast has in-house tool making capability, with 3 full time toolmakers and a complete tool shop, including a CNC Vertical Machining Center, Bridgeports, EDM machining, heat treating, etc.
