Tuition and fees include instruction, English teaching to each age group, MIS report card, music lessons, art lessons, professional

consultancy, cultural and other events + clubs and sport activities organized in the school building. Tuition and fees do not include

trips outside the school, Cambridge tests and Czech graduation.

Payment terms and conditions; payments are based on the due date given in the contract/invoices and are accepted in CZK currency

only, preferably paid by bank transfer (Kindergarten and Primary school payments bank account no. 115-2309870257/0100, IBAN

CZ8201000001152309870257; Secondary and High school payments bank account no. 115-2309950257/0100, IBAN

CZ7801000001152309950257, SWIFT KOMBCZPPXXX, Komerční banka, a. s.). When making a bank transfer, please always

enter the student’s name and invoice number. It is the responsibility of the parent or guardian to ensure payments are made when due

and to inform the school promptly of any billing address changes. Placement in MIS cannot be guaranteed until the registration fee,

tuition and other school fees payments are fully paid. Failure to meet financial obligations in a timely manner may result in suspension

of the student. Reminders are sent if payment is not received within the required due date (deadlines). No documents, certificates and

reports will be issued unless all outstanding invoices are paid in full. The Registration contract may be terminated by the parents/legal

guardians who must inform the school early enough (at least one month ahead, depends on the contract type). Otherwise the school may

claim a cancellation fee in the amount of proportional part of tuition fees. There is no refund for absences, withdrawals, dismissals or in

the event that the school is closed during public/school holidays.
