a. From your Hootsuite Dashboard, click Compose message… at the top of the page

b. Select the profiles you want to post your link/article/image/message

c. Paste the link in the Add a link… box and click Shrink

d. Click the Schedule icon ( )

e. Select the Date and Time, and if you want a notification email sent to you when the message is sent

f. Click Schedule

You can have up to 30 posts

scheduled at a time. When a

scheduled message posts, one of

the 30 is freed up again.

The number of remaining

characters available for that

particular Social Media account

when adding a custom message.

To view your scheduled posts, click the Paper Airplane icon (1), click Scheduled (2), and then click

to view any scheduled message (3).

If you are on a tablet, and see

the mobile view of Hootsuite

(left), click the Menu icon ( )

at the upper left (1), and then

click Desktop Site at the bottom

left (2) to view the full Hootsuite

website.
