Remarks: With a view to extension of 11 KV line by under ground XLPE cable for emergency power connection to the Intake well and treatment plant under Khowai Electrical Sub-division, a tender vide NIT No: DGM/ED-X/KH/12-13/04 dated, 24.04.2013 (Sl. No.: 1) was invited. After that, 3 (three) numbers of bid documents were sold to the intended bidders namely, 1] Sri Dilip Kumar Kar, 2] Sri Ashish Debnath, and 3] Sri Sudhangshu Bhattacharjee, against receipt of required cost. But only 2 (two) bidders namely, Sri Dilip Kumar Kar and Sri Sudhangshu Bhattacharjee have submitted the filled-in bid document within the stipulated date and time with required documents. On scrutiny, bid documents of both the bidders were found formal. Thereafter, a Comparative Statement (C.S.) has been prepared. From the C. S., it may be seen that Sri Dilip Kumar Kar has become the 1st lowest bidder and his tender value is Rs.25, 25, 994/- (Rupees twenty five lacs twenty five thousand nine hundred and ninety four only) inclusive of all taxes and duties which is 9.302% (approx.) higher than the estimated cost put to the tender. Now, the matter is submitted before the authority for decision please.
