SCHEDULE OF FEES 2012Effective January 2012. Applicable to Papua New Guinea and Pacific Islands Citizens. All prices are in Australian dollars.

St Joseph's Nudgee College's mission is to inspire young men to live justly, igniting in them faith, compassion and a love of learning. Nudgee College achieves this by delivering academic, vocational education and extra-curricular programs designed to engage and encourage our students to strive to develop the spiritual, academic, social, personal, cultural and sporting aspects of their whole person.

Our programs recognise and celebrate the diversity of interests, abilities and aspirations of our students. Our fee structure has been developed to ensure that a Nudgee College education is accessible to as many young men as possible. DUE DATES FOR 2012 FEE PAYMENTS

To assist parents with budgeting for school fees, Nudgee College will send parents an annual fee statement, showing all compulsory 2012 school fees and charges, in mid December 2011. Parents are strongly encouraged to take advantage of the College’s direct debit payment arrangements (see School Fee Payment Authority form) which enable fee payments to be spread out over the school year.

The due dates for payment of school fees for parents who are not part of the direct debit program, or who have not made other payment arrangements with the College Fees Manager, are:

Semester 1 10 January 2012Semester 2 10 July 2012

LATE FEE PAYMENTS

As a Catholic school in the Edmund Rice tradition, Nudgee College holds a special concern to act justly and with compassion, especially towards those most in need. Parents and carers who are experiencing financial difficulty are urged to contact the Fees Manager on 07 3865 0404 or [email protected] as early as possible.

Unless prior arrangements have been made, an administrative fee of $50 will apply to fee payments made after the due date. A student whose fees are not paid by the due date and whose parents fail to satisfactorily negotiate for an extension of time with the College Finance Office may be asked to vacate his place at the College. This applies to both day boys and boarders.

REFUND POLICY

1. Any student who departs the College for any reason after the commencement of a term / semester (whichever is personally applicable) is not entitled to a refund of either tuition or boarding fees for that period.

2. Any fees paid in advance will be refunded on a pro-rata basis, subject to Condition 1, above.
