The Northern Appalachian Folk Festival (NAFF) is held annually the weekend after Labor Day in Downtown Indiana. NAFF celebrates the region’s art and culture with free live music, exhibits and demonstrations, workshops and other educational programming. The work of regional artists and craftsmen as well as goods and products made in Northern Appalachia are showcased in a street fair. From free concerts highlighted by national acts to fun and games for the youngest festival-goers in Children’s Alley, there is something for everyone at NAFF.

ABOUT THE FESTIVAL...

Downtown Indiana is 60 miles northeast of Pittsburgh and sits right in the heart of Northern Appalachia— a region that encompasses 86 counties in five states: Pennsylvania, West Virginia, New York, Maryland and Ohio.
