Design Tip / Ideas that you can use. “Pay attention to detail. That means adding those important finishing touches that make a room unique. Instead of plain wall-to-wall carpet, incorporate a border of one or two

colors. Use borders to define a sitting area or dining alcove.”

“I saw it in Scenes”

It’s hard to believe that Scenes Magazine is a year old, but as we distribute the 7th issue of our bi-monthly publication, and look back at what it took to get here, it doesn’t seem so crazy. We thank all of you for the support and encouragement that we have received over this past year, even if it came in the form of criticism. If people care enough to put thought into how we should improve our product, we must at least have their attention. We continue to encourage you to submit your favorite photos from around Red Bluff for possible insertion in a future issue of Scenes, and let

us know when and where the next big event is so we can take some ourselves.

A special thanks goes to John Tread, Corky Kramer, and Tonya Redamonti for allowing us access to capture some of the spectacular shots in this issue. We had a blast and already can’t wait until next year, but until then there are many more events to attend in the summer months of the beautiful North State, we’ll see you there.

Find a copy of Scenes at any of our advertisers

places of business.

The world’s 7th ranked bull rider, Ardie Maier, stole the show on

Saturday, becoming the first to hit a homerun on Curveball. His score of 88 wasn’t enough to overcome

a pair of 91’s from Friday night, but it placed him 3rd overall on the

weekend and got the arena rockin’.
