Step 2: Logging in to Alumni TalentOnDemand Select “Sign In” button in the Client or Business Partner section (Fig. 1) (Figure 1: Alumni ToD User/” Client or Business Partner” option) Step 3: Login Enter your personal email address and the password you created during the registration process (Fig.2) Notes: o If you are logging in for the first time using the temporary password you received at registration, you will be prompted to change your password. o If it's been more than 83 days since your last log-in, you will be prompted to change your password.

    Step 1: Access Alumni TalentOnDemand

    From your computer/mobile, open any browser and go to https://external.talentondemand.deloitte.com/ .

    Step 2: Logging in to Alumni TalentOnDemand

    Select “Sign In” button in the Client or Business Partner section (Fig. 1)

    Step 3: Login Enter your personal email address and the password you created during the registration process (Fig.2)

    Notes: o If you are logging in for the first time using the temporary password you received at registration,

    you will be prompted to change your password. o If it's been more than 83 days since your last log-in, you will be prompted to change your

    password.

  • o If you've forgotten your password, select "Forgot password" and you will receive an email

    containing a link where you can reset your password.

    Step 4: MFA Authentication Method:

    Once your log in credentials have been entered successfully, you will receive a code via the Multi-Factor

    Authentication method you set up at registration.

    Use any below method for the MFA Registration (Fig .4)

    • Call my Primary phone

    • Text Message to my Primary phone

    • Microsoft Authentication app

    Enter MFA code when prompted to access the Alumni Talent on Demand site. (Fig .5)

    Hurray!!! You have logged in to the application successfully!!!

  • Scenario 2: New Registration + Login (NOTE: Please DO NOT use Deloitte provided devices to access Alumni TalentOnDemand)

    Step 1: Access Alumni TalentOnDemand for Registration

    1. From your computer/mobile, open any browser and go to https://external.talentondemand.deloitte.com/registration/index .

    Step 2: Registration Form

    Complete registration information on Registration-Deloitte Alumni screen. (Fig .7)

    After successful registration, you will see below screen. (Fig 7.1)

  • Step 3: Emails with User-id and password

    You will receive 2 emails two hours after successfully completing your registration (Fig .8)

    o The first email will be your Registration Notification and will include your User ID. (Fig .9)

    o The second email will be your Account Log in Details and will contain a link to the system and your temporary password. (Fig.10)

    Step 4: Login to the Client or Business Partner section

    Log in to the system using the link (Fig.11) and select “Sign In” button in the Client or Business Partner

    section as below (Fig.12)

    Step 5: Enter your User ID and temporary password (Fig.13)

    (Figure 13: User-Id and Temporary password) Step 6: You will be prompted to Create a New Password (Fig.14)

  • (Figure 14: Reset password) Step 7: Upon successfully changing your password, you will be redirected to the log in screen (Fig .15)

    Step 8: Sign in using your newly created password. (Fig. 16)

    Step 9: Follow the steps to select your Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) method.

    Use any below method for the MFA Registration (Fig 17)

    • Call my Primary phone

    • Text Message to my Primary phone
