Stadium will be closed 5 minutes prior to the first start.Race courses are open throughout the day. Do not ski in the opposite direction of the race course!Official training for the classic sprint is after the last competitor cross the finish line at Friday’s race.

• Start lists for Friday are ready. You can find them at vardenski.no , at the Team Captains’ Meeting and at the Race Office in Grova.

• Bibs for Friday can be picked up after the Team Captains’ meeting.

• Any competitors NOT starting Saturday and Sunday must let the Race Office in Grova know before 15:00 tomorrow Friday.

3 entrances to starting area.To get to the start, you’ll have to walk past the Red Swix tent.Foreign competitors will get their timing chips in the Red Swix tent. Gear and clothes will be put close to the finish. The coaches will only be able to get to the start area wearing a blue coach vest.

RACE OFFICE, STADIUM, WAX CABINS, PARKING

• Race Office in Grova is open Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 08:00• BIBS will be handed out after the Team Captains’ Meeting Thursday and Friday.

For Sunday’s race, bibs will be handed out on Sunday at the Race Office in Grova.• Mixed zone is behind the finish area, and the press can use 2nd floor at the cafeteria. • Any questions about the wax cabins, contact Frode Sonflå, tel. 46924005• Parking permission for one car per wax cabin Friday, Saturday and Sunday (comes

with the contract for wax cabin rental). Apart from that; parking is 50 NOK per day.

Friday 7.2. • 10 km Free Technique ladies: One whole 10 km • 15 km Free Technique men: 10 km +5 km

Saturday 8.2. • Sprint Classic Technique ladies and men: 1275/1490 meters

Sunday 9.2.• 20 km Classic Mass Start ladies: 2 x 10 km • 30 km Classic Mass Start men: 3 x 10 km

COURSEMAP

WARM UP COURSE, SKI TESTING COURSE, COACHING.

Warm up course is south of the waxing facilities. Follow signs. Ski testing course is south-east of the stadium. Follow signs.

• Do not test skis in competition couse during the race.• Do not ski in the opposite direction of race course!

• No limitations on coaching outside of the stadium area.

AWARDS CEREMONY

• At Grova Ski Stadium (inside the main building) aprox. 30 mins after the finish of the last skier in each class.

• 1/3 will be awarded.• The 12 best will get their awards at the Awards Ceremony. The remaining can pick

up their prizes at the race office.
