We want SCAN to be the easiest plan with which you contract. In light of that goal, here are the latest improvements we’re making to our technology. The new Electronic Enrollment (EE) system is called SCANCubed. On June 10th if you currently use EE, you received an email informing you how to create an account to access the system. Our next enhancement for agents will be implemented in a few weeks. You will soon be able to log into SCANCubed and see the status of your enrollments as “approved, pending, or incomplete.” It’s another step forward in our efforts to make it easy to do business with SCAN. Also on the horizon is a One-Stop-Shop Agent Portal where you’ll access SCAN Training, Marketing and your Commission statements with just one login and password. • It’s not too late. We continue to offerConnections Certification classes in July. Sign up now!

• Network strategically! It’s essential to creating relationships that can ultimately bring you new business. When you attend social gatherings, act like the host – not a guest. Engage with people and be the “connecter”.

• Have an Elevator Speech. Make it compelling by creating an emotional connection. Let people know how fortunate you feel to work with Seniors.

• Make follow-up calls to Members and make them your advocates. They’re your biggest source for referrals. Check in with them regularly and turn issues into opportunities. YOUR OPINION COUNTS
