Environmental License• License no. 700/2002 has expired on July 2005• On March 2004 the company has started the process of

getting an IPPC License, requesting to Regional EPA Cluj the specific local environmental conditions and the list with certified companies/persons for environmental audits

• On June 2005 SANEX registered to Regional EPA Cluj the official request and the documentation and preliminary analysis accepted it, but EPA had requested environmental audit level II

• At the present environmental audit level II is undergoing, with a certified company.

• No additional transition period was requested. Deadline for IPPC conformation is October 2007.
