Client Objectives

A US based company wants to purchase Gold bars, as a part of spreading their investment in other business. To

import Gold Bars, the Client contacted Bronze Wing Trading, the SBLC Providers in Dubai to avail Standby

Letter of Credit – SBLC MT760 on behalf of their company & in favor of their Suppliers.

Problem – The US Trader Required SBLC MT760

The US trader wanted to purchase Gold bars from reliable suppliers, as a part of expanding their business

wings. They decided to conclude the deal with Standby Letter of Credit, as a payment term. Because they were

aware of the fact that availing Standby LC can help them to prove their ability for purchasing the precious

metal. With their SBLC request, the trader contacted their bank to get SBLC from their bank account. But the

bank rejected their request, as the buyer didn’t have enough cash funds to meet the banking terms and

conditions. Since the request was declined by the bank, the buyer thought of contacting private sectors who

provide the required SBLC without cash margin.

The US trader discussed their SBLC requirement with their financial advisor and they referred Bronze Wing

Trading to them. After getting referral from their advisor, the trader visited our website to know more about us.

They analyzed our website and found that we provide SBLC on behalf of buyers without availing cash margin.

So, they submitted their request online by filling the form given on the website. And also, they forwarded the

copy of all the related documents of their deal to our email id: support@bwtradefinance.com

Solution – Our Scope of Work

Once we received their request, our team analyzed and approved it. Then, we asked them to sign the service

agreement & pay the admin charges to start working on their transaction. Once it was done, we started work on

structuring their transaction & sent the SBLC draft for their approval. The Client approved the SBLC & paid the

issuance fee charges. After receiving the charges and SBLC draft approval, we instantly instructed the bank to

issue the SBLC on behalf of the buyer from our bank account. As per our instruction, the bank transmitted the

SBLC to the supplier’s bank via authenticated Swift MT760.

Positive Outcome: By Providing Standby LC in favor of the Supplier, the US

buyer Procured Gold Bars Effectively as Per the Signed Contract
