In response to your phone call of November 20, 2008 regarding Points 3a and 3b of your November 3, 2008 letter, I would like to add the following:

3a. I have no knowledge, nor do any current employees have any knowledge, of Seiko Corporation of America utilizing alternate disposal procedures, i.e., burying any waste or disposing of radioactive waste in the sanitary sewerage system, nor incinerating any waste.
