Available on Weekdays from 11am – 3pm MONDAY The Epic Fried Rice Jasmine rice wok fried with chilli paste made from mangosteen and nightshade egg plant. Served with accompaniments of caramelised pork belly, salted egg, green mango strips and fish crunch.

This dish is an excellent way to ease into Thai chilli pastes and dips known as “Nam Phrik”. With over 100 known varieties this chilli paste known as “Nam Prik Long Ruea” is one of the more popular and elaborate dips that is eaten daily by locals and yet to make it into mainstream restaurants.

TUESDAY Panang! A dry sweet and spicy red curry with a nutty flavour with chicken (or tofu as a vegetarian option), kaffir lime leaves, green aubergines, coconut milk drizzle Served with jasmine rice, hard boiled egg and cucumber slices.
