EQUIPMENT
• Pot• Wooden spoon• Plate• Jug• Galley pot• Chopping board & grip• Knife
INGREDIENTS• 50g long grain rice (bowl)
• 200 ml vegetable stock (small jug)
• 5ml oil (pot)
• 1/4 onion (large plate)• 10ml peas (large plate)• 10ml sweetcorn (large plate)
• 5ml curry powder (galley pot)
METHOD1. Peel and chop the onion. 2. Heat oil and fry onion for 2 minutes. 3. Add the rice and stir. 4. Add the stock, peas, sweetcorn and
curry powder. 5. Simmer for 15 minutes, until rice is
tender. (lid on)6. Taste , season and serve.
