Delectable Christmas and New Year Menus at The Venetian Macao, Sands Cotai Central and Sands Macao
Fantastic dining options to help you celebrate the festive season

have launched their Christmas and New Year dining promotions to ensure guests have plenty of
choices during the festive season. The promotions and special menus will span across six
award-winning restaurants and will offer something for everyone to celebrate in style from
Christmas Eve through until New Year.
Christmas and New Year’s Menus at The Venetian Macao
Portofino: This traditional Italian trattoria is noted for its seafood, pastas and fresh pizzas.
Throughout the festive season, Portofino will be adorned in festive décor and traditional
Christmas carols will greet guests as they indulge in Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New
Year’s Eve set meals. See appendix for the full menu.

Bambu: The ever-popular buffet restaurant will be decorated in full Christmas regalia with
gingerbread houses and Christmas candies. Along with the usual wide range of dishes from
around the world, the Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Year’s Eve dinner buffets will
include seasonal offerings such as roast turkey with sausage and mushroom stuffing and roast
ham with pineapple honey glaze at the carving station, as well as a selection of Christmas
cookies and traditional Christmas pudding.

Bellini Lounge: One of the most happening places in Macao, Bellini Lounge regularly features
a live band, the best VJs around and the biggest LED screen in Macao. This festive season will
see resident band Phunk Shui in action along with DJ Randy from 10pm to late. At midnight the
New Year’s Eve Countdown will be screened live from The Venetian Macao lagoon, complete
with balloon drop, confetti cannon and party favors to welcome in the New Year.
Seasonal promotions at Bellini Lounge include complimentary Strawberry Santas for every
bottle of Champagne ordered on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.

Celebrate New Year’s Eve with, a reserved table for four, one bottle of Veuve Clicquot
Champagne and party favors for just MOP 2,500**. Each additional guest will be required to
spend a minimum of MOP 500**. For those who prefer to walk in, a MOP 300** per person
entrance fee will include two complementary house pour drinks or glasses of sparkling wine
after 10 p.m..

Grand Orbit: An array of specially prepared international lunch and dinner buffet menus will
take guests on a culinary journey around the globe this festive season. The delectable menus
feature Mediterranean, Western, Chinese, Japanese, Portuguese, Southeast Asian and Indian

Dynasty 8, the home of classic authentic high-end Chinese cuisine, Dec. 24 and 25. An eight-
course New Year Set Menu will also be available Dec. 31, 2015 and Jan. 1, 2016, at MOP 688*
per person. Located on the ground floor of Sands Cotai Central, the award-winning Dynasty 8 is
open Mondays through Fridays, 11 a.m.-3 p.m. and 6-11 p.m. (Saturdays and Sundays open at
10 a.m.).

Afternoon Tea at Conrad’s Lobby Lounge: The mouth-watering Christmas themed afternoon
tea is available from Dec. 5, 2015 to Jan. 4, 2016 at The Lounge of Conrad Macao, Cotai
Central and is priced at MOP 228* per person. It features savoury snacks like smoked salmon
log cake, roasted beef with truffle mustard, roasted pumpkin and pine nuts in parmesan leaf,
curried prawn tartlet as well as sweet delights including chestnut Mont Blanc, mince pies,
pistachio trifle, and scones with clotted cream. Also included are two hot drinks, chose from tea,
coffee or a delicious hot chocolate. Guests can also select the premium afternoon tea menu
which, in addition to the regular menu, includes two Christmas cocktails or mocktails or delicious
hot chocolate. The premium menu is priced at MOP258* person. For a truly decadent
experience enjoy a deluxe afternoon tea menu which includes two cups of tea or coffee,
Christmas cocktails and an exclusive Conrad Christmas Bear for just MOP 298* per person. The
Lounge is located in the Conrad Macao lobby; afternoon tea is available 3-6 p.m. daily.

888 Buffet: This buffet blends Chinese and South East Asian cuisines by offering Macanese,
Japanese, Thai and Chinese favourites. Festive delicacies will be added to the menu for
