As a Marriott associate, you are eligible for savings offered through EyeMed VisionCare. The program is detailed on the other side of this page and is available to allassociates and eligible dependents. This discount program cannot be combined withany other vision care plan.

Accessing Your Savings

Receiving your vision savings is easy. Simply:

Locate an EyeMed provider by calling 1-866-723-0391 or visitwww.eyemedvisioncare.com and select the Member section, andthen “M” for the Marriott Vision Discount program.

When scheduling your appointment, inform the office that youare an EyeMed member and are eligible for the Marriott VisionDiscount program.

Once you arrive, present the ID card below to receive services.
