Outlook is used in conjunction with Microsoft Exchange server. Outlook offers a best facility to work in offline mode if exchange server is down. So users can work with their offline folder as they can send and receive mail. Outlook will create an exact copy of your mailbox on exchange sever called Offline folder.

Using OST file you can avail following benefits:
