Johnson spacE cEntEr chillEr systEmsThis 25,000 square foot, two-story central energy plant required the demolition of existing chillers and boilers and the installation of two new chillers and one boiler. Temporary structural reinforcement was required to rig equipment into place. This was a multi-phase project involving one chiller per phase.

Sauer provided general construction, mechanical, and plumbing services.

mEdical cEntEr cEntral EnErgy plantThis project includes a new, 15,250 square foot elevated central energy plant to support the Keesler Air Force Base Medical Center. Sauer replaced the existing boilers, chillers, and generators with three 1,100-ton Trane chillers, three 10,000 lb boilers, and three 1,500 mw generators.
