FeatureFeature The Matrix Access Services provide two-way interactive

symmetrical or asymmetrical links with the return from the customer sites to PCM's DVB/IP Gateway at the Network Operating Centre (NOC) in Hong Kong.

The NOC is connected via fiber to Tier 1 Internet POP for premium Internet access to the U.S.A., Europe and the rest of the world.

Each product category is designed to offer a distinct level of performance tailored to meet our customers' needs.

Data rates range from 128 kbps to 45 Mbps for forward delivery from the Internet backbone. These are burst able with a range of performance commitments specific to each product categories
