Company in line with accepted working practices, which is Presently 8 hours ofworking Monday through Friday and with observance of prescribed holidays.

Agrees not to copy or transfer any data or information without permission from the

company.

Agrees to maintain complete Confidentiality and secrecy and agrees not to disclose toany outside persons/ parties any of the information that he may have access to duringthis contract.

3. CONFIDENTIALITY

The Candidate shall not during the operation of this Agreement or thereafter use forhis own benefit or for the benefit of any other person or divulge or communicate toany person except to those officials of the Company province it, the secrets of theCompany or the client or any other information which he may receive or obtain inrelation to the Company’s or the Client’s affairs or those of its customers or of the

data bases, internet access .or any tools or techniques which is carried on or used bythe Company or the client. The consultant shall further co-operate with the Company,its client and any other persons the Company or the client may designate to obtainsuch security clearance as required.

4. RENEWAL/TERMINATION

It is agreed that Company can renew this contract at the end of 2 - 5 years on

mutually agreed terms. It is also agreed that either party can terminate this contractwith 3 months notice on either side.

5. OTHER INTERESTS

You must devote your full time, attention and abilities to your job duties duringworking hours, and to act in the best interests of the Company at all times. You mustnot, without Company’s written consent, be in any way directly or  indirectly engagedor concerned in any other business where this is or is likely to be in conflict with theCompany’s interests (or those of its clients) or where this may adversely affect theefficient discharge of your duties.

6. ANNUAL LEAVE

You are entitled to an annual leave of 45 days.

7. PLACE OF WORK

You will be employed in Johannesburg, and the Company may at any time requireyou to work at any other location of the Company or of any client to which theCompany is providing services according to the business needs.

8. SECONDMENT/ PROJECTS

the Company reserves the right to second you from time to time. No such secondmentshall result in a reduction in your pay or any other material deterioration in your terms

of employment.

9. TRAVEL

You may be required to travel in the RSA from time to time. This may involvetraveling normal business hours and at weekends or public holidays should the needarise. 

10. BENEFITS

• Telephone Allowance: Covers 100% Telephone Bill 

11. ADDITIONAL SERVICES

Recreational/Sports Facilities shall also be made available at the disposal of allexpatriates with no expenses to be incurred. Laundry and Dry Cleaning Service willalso be made available to all Expatriates by the company's laundry and dry cleaningunit.

12. FLIGHTS/ HEALTH CARD/ GRATUITY

The Company shall provide a one-way air ticket to the Employee at the termination ofthis Employment Contract to repatriate the Employee to his place of origin. TheCompany shall provide at least once a year during the term of Employment a returnair ticket to the Employee to his place of origin.

The Company will provide you with a health card for visa purposes. You will beentitled to a gratuity in accordance with applicable Saudi Arabia labour laws fromtime to time. For the avoidance of doubt, in calculating any gratuity, any allowancewill be disregarded.

13. WORKING HOURS

Your normal working hours are 8 hours from Monday to Friday, together with suchadditional hours as the Company may request or as may be necessary for the proper

Performance of your duties. The Company may vary the normal start or finish timesaccording to business needs. Overtime payments are made. 

14. HOLIDAYS

The Employee is entitled to paid annual vacation of Forty-Five (45) calendar days.The annual vacation period shall be calculated pro data for any period of less than ayear provided the Employee has completed at least one year of service.

Holidays can only be taken at times agreed in advance with the Company. Anyentitlement to holiday remaining at the end of any holiday year will lapse, unlessspecifically approved in writing by the Department head.

15. SICKNESS

You will be eligible to Sick Leave as per the RSA Labour laws. Provided sicknesscertificates to be submitted to the company

16. TERMINATION

A limited Contract shall be terminated on the provision by either of the Company or

the Employee of ninety (90) day’s notice in writing to the other. The Company maymake a payment of your basic salary in lieu of the above notice entitlement .Ontermination of your employment you must immediately return to the Company, inaccordance with any instructions which may be given to you, all items of property

 belonging to the Company or to its clients in your possession or under your control.You must, if so required by the Company, confirm in writing that you have compliedwith your obligations under this provision.

17. RENEWAL

A limited Contract will be renewed automatically should the Employee continue the

Employment after the expiry date set out above where the Company does nototherwise object and unless either the Company or the Employee has given writtennotification to the other at least ninety (90) days prior to the expiry date declining toRenew the Employment. Any employment under a Limited Contract renewed underthis Clause 16 shall be deemed to be an Unlimited Contract for any period of renewal.

18. SAFETY & SECURITY

Safety and Security of personnel (Local/Foreign) and Facilities on Off-shore/On-shore and communities have been seriously considered to ensure and assure hitch free

operations. All operations on Job Location are designed to adhere strictly to theHealth Safety and Environment (HSE) Policy as applicable in the Company. Allexpatriates are entitled to a free and mandatory safety courses on Job Locations to beDelivered by qualified safety and environment experts. But must be used in

accordance with the safety regulations in the company.

19. AGREEMENT FOR UPFRONT PAYMENT OF SALARYThree (3) Months salary shall be paid in advance to employee upon completion of theWork permit processing application to assume duty. This is to help you handlemiscellaneous unanticipated costs. As such no excuses will be entertained onassumption of duty relating to default.

Employees (Expatriates) are to note that Three (3) Month’s salary are paid as soon asEmployee have furnish us with Copy of the work permit visa processed here inSOUTH AFRICA by the agreed agent through the office of Ministry of Interior as thisis in line with the RSA Expatriate Financial Statutory Laws.

20. OTHER DOCUMENTS RELEVANT TO YOUR EMPLOYMENT

The documents may be modified or replaced from time to time, you will be providedwith particulars of any modification or a copy of any replacement. Your signature

 below will constitute your agreement to the terms set out above.

21. RESIDENCE/WORK PERMIT VISA DOCUMENTS PROCESSING

Any employee successfully screened and recruited to resume employment at SOCSA-

SOUTH AFRICA (And not presently possessing a valid RSA Residence and WorkPermits Clearance Papers) Shall be expected to Scan and send to us and to theSouthern Travel Tourism Services, Pretoria-South Africa via E-mail a copy of his/herInternational Passport and a Passport Photograph for the immediate processing,

 procurement and acquisition of their necessary permits clearance papers with theMINISTRY OF INTERIOR and DEPARTMENT OF HOME AFFAIRS and shall beduly notified once their valid RSA Residence and Work Permits Clearance Papers arecompleted.

Any candidate that accepts this offer will have to contact the Southern Travel TourismServices and shoulder all the expense(s) for the processing, procurement and

acquisition of their necessary permits clearance papers with the MINISTRY OFINTERIOR and the company will be reimbursing back the expense(s). Note that allRSA based employees are to report personally to our office with identificationmaterials for signing and collection of hard copy of their contract documents.

 NB: Any employee, who does not have International Passport, should notify us earlierto enable us arrange for an Emergency Travelling Certificate for him/her. Find belowthe contact information of the Southern Travel Tourism Services for directives andassistance on the acquisition and procurement of their valid Entry Visa and WorkPermits papers:

22. CONTRACT UNDERSTANDING

In witness whereof, the parties declare that they have read and fully aware of all theterms and conditions of this contract and that they signed below in full bona-fide,hereby entered into contractual commitment and provision of this contract agreement

 based on the conduct of the parties herein through the period of the agreement, both parties may decide to extend the agreement in the future, where term ofresponsibilities and relationship will be better defined and expatriated.
