When you call the transactions, the system issues a corresponding information message. - Start the Web Dynpro application from the favorites list of theSAP Easy Access menu.

o Service reporting (view: "Operations -> Solution Reporting ->Services -> Service Reporting")

Use transaction SA38 to execute the report RDSWP_REP_SERVICES.

o Best Practice documents (view: "Operations Setup -> BestPractices")

Proceed as follows to call the URLhttps://websmp110.sap-ag.de/solutionmanagerbp from the SAPEasy Access menu:

- Choose "Favorites -> Add other objects".

- Choose the URL type "Web address or file".

- Enter the text "Best Practices". Enter the URL specified aboveas the Web address. Confirm the dialog box.

- Start the URL from the favorites list of the SAP Easy Accessmenu.

Note the following:You can make the Web Dynpro application and the URL that are mentionedabove available to your users in the standard system by assigning theobjects to the menu of a user role. When you do this, these objects areautomatically available to all users assigned to this role in the SAP EasyAccess menu.
