StructureThe structure of this view hierarchy contains the following groupings of views:

User dataThis group of views consists of the following main reuse views:

SAP ERP user name (personal data) (UserName)Personal data and company data for SAP ERP user (UserOfficeData)

These views are grouped together as they provide personal and company data about the user, for example, name and department.Measures and AttributesSome important measures and attributes are:

SAP ERP user name (personal data) (UserName)This view contains one entry for each SAP ERP user, which includes their first name, last name, and title.Personal data and company data for SAP ERP user (UserOfficeData)

This view contains one entry for each SAP ERP user. In addition to the data contained in the UserName view, the UserOfficeData view includesdata such as department, function, building, floor, and room.

This view contains a list of phone numbers, mobile phone numbers, fax numbers, and email addresses for each SAP ERP user. One number oraddress of each communication type is marked as the default.

These views also include a standard sender address and a recipient address. The standard sender address is used if a user sends an external messagefrom the SAP ERP system. The recipient address is used to send messages in a mail system group to the home address of the recipient.Used TablesThe views select data from the following tables:

These views provide the characteristics and characteristics values paired with their descriptions. They are used to enhance characteristics-based query viewswith description texts.

StructureBusiness Objects

These views are built on the Classification business object.

Measures and Attributes

Some important attributes are:

Filters

The view uses the Validity Date (KeyDate) filter to show results valid only on a specific date.
