Q: We are a growing company, will I need to move systems in a few years? A: SAP Business One is aimed at companies with anything between 2 and 200 employees. The solution is run on a Microsoft SQL Server database, which is one of the most robust and scalable database platforms available. The SAP

Business One system is designed to be flexible enough to meet the changing needs of an organisation as it grows, without the need for bespoke programming. Additional users can be

added as and when required. Q: I focus on my business rather than IT, is

A: This really depends on the resources you have

A: Yes, Outlook and SAP Business One integration is seamless. Outlook enables you to manage and organise email messages, calendars, tasks, notes, contacts, and other information.

Word documents and Excel workbooks can both be saved as activities in SAP Business One; workbooks can be associated with a business

partner or contact person in SAP Business One. Q: Can I purchase individual modules for SAP Business One? A: SAP Business One is a complete unified business management solution, and all the core
