Features

Telescopic crawler ensures safe and reliable performance

under operation and transportation condition

Large-torque hydraulic motor and reducer; it can't happen that

the leg of step type pile drilling rig falls into earth due to difficult

movement, so the construction efficiency may enhance 2-3

times.

The leader verticality can be adjusted by backstay cylinder and

leader cylinder; Three-point support and two-direction

adjustment of leader optimize borehole verticality compared to

suspended pile driving rig.

Fault rate and maintenance cost of electrical motor is much

lower than hydraulic drive system.

Advanced CFG construction management monitor system and

whole machine stability monitor system greatly improve

construction efficiency and safety.

Simple functions of crane are achieved by bottom leader; some

professional crane operations are performed by the

replacement of special crane boom.

The cab is equipped with anti-overturn, falling object protective,

air -conditioner and cozy adjustable chair; high-level seal; good

sound insulation; wild visual field.

A variety of construction methods can be realized by modular

combination, such as SMW、CFG、CFA、DRA、PRD.

It is driven by electric motor, low noise, no exhaust emission and

eco-friendly; suitable for unban construction.

Rotatable leader within 90° to realize two or three construction

methods in one base machine.

Different length of combined leader with 90° rail is optional to

satisfy different construction methods.

Multi-purpose lifting platform is convenient for rotary drive

maintenance and drilling pipe assembly. It works with 90° rail

leader.

Overload alarming of main winch pull, torque display alarming

and rig inclination prevention are available.

Power system adopts electric motor and gearbox,

which is high efficiency, energy-saving, low noise,

and environment-friendly. Cummins generator is

optional to satisfy power supply instead of external

power. 150kw generator is for SF558, while 180kw for

SF808/SF818.

Control System

nThe electric control system of SF558/808/818 console makes the operation smooth, accurate and fast. Intelligent instrument and

imported MITSUBISHI transducer are adopted.

nElectromagnetic valve control system: electromagnetic valves are driven directly by switches, simple circuitry and easy to mainte-

nance.

nFrequency control system is made up of Mitsubishi FR - A740 series frequency converter, main winch motor and luffing winch motors

which can individually controls main winch and luffing winch easily.

nInclination and Pulling monitoring system (optional) composed of SPN display, ORS - DDS inclination sensor and HG - 1 can make

the real-time measurement for the leader Inclination, main winch pulling, main/auxiliary anti-overwinding alarm.

Hydraulic System

nHydraulic components, such as main pump, motor, gearbox . are all from worldwide famous brand. The crawler moving and upper-

structure slewing adopt the combination of levers and pedal, which makes the operation convenient, fast and accurate.

nHydraulic system is made up of two parts: Upper-structure hydraulic system and undercarriage hydraulic system and centre

revolving joint.

n Upper-structure hydraulic system includes four landing leg cylinders, one A-shape lifting cylinder, two backstay cylinders, and one

level cylinder.

nEight hydraulic cylinders are controlled by eight electromagnetic valves respectively. The slewing of upper-structure is hydraulic

driven.

nundercarriage hydraulic system includes right and left traveling and extension oil circuit. The crawler traveling is driven by left and

right motors and gearbox. Slewing and traveling adopt pilot control, and it can realize inching control when starting or braking.

As the fast development of the piling machinery and SMW popularity , how to increase the efficiency and reduce the construct

time has become an urgent problem. When assembling or disassembling the drill pipe, maintaining rotary drive and pile frame, the

operator has to work above the ground; if there is no lifting platform, the operator can only climb or use a crane which are difficult to

ensure safety and efficiency. For the reasons above, SANY developed this lifting platform.

Soil Mixing Wall Multi-drill

Multi-drill is designed for SMW method. It has the following advantages: little influence to surrounding formation, good impermeability,

lower noise, shockproofness, short construction period, little spent soil output, without mud contamination, large wall thickness and

depth, high vertical precision of hole, low construction cost,etc.

SMW multi-drill can be applied to soft layer, sandy gravel, cobble layer with its diameter less than 100mm, and strong weathered rock

layer.

Continuous Flight Auger Drill

Be suitable for urban construction environment and all kinds of geological conditions

The drill is suitable for CFA and CFG pile (cement fIying-ash gravel pile). It owns following advantages: low noise, without slurry

contamination, no vibration when pore-forming, little influence to adjacent piles and it can penetrate hardpan, sand layer, gravel layer

and cobble layer with its diameter less than 60mm.

Twin Rotary Drive Drill

Adapting to high water level soft ground in south coastal area

Twin rotary drive drill is suitable for high water level soft ground, and it also can embed the concrete precast pile or steel pipe pile.

Hydraulic Hammer

nHydraulic hammer has been the representative of the piling equipments, which has many varieties with perfect functions and divided

into single-action and double-action. It is without noise and pollution.

nThe energy transfer efficiency is as high as 70-95%,which is far away from 30 - 40% of diesel hammer efficiency.

nIt is easy operating for electro-hydraulic control and it can make stepless adjustment for hammering frequency and stroke. It can also

control the piling energy accurately, action time between impact block and pile according to geological conditions to assure the actual

energy transfer and avoid pile damage.

nComputer control system can automatically record construction information and the operating parameters such as penetration, ham-

mering energy, hammering frequency and time between each hammering. It can also stop hammering automatically to established

criterion of stopping hammering through presetting the parameters of final penetration, total embedded depth and so on.

nAs the upgrade of diesel hammer, hydraulic hammer owns merits in decreasing noise, vibration and oil fume. Noise can be reduced to

70db around 10m , so it is especially suitable for urban construction.

Vibratory Hammer

Suitable for urban construction environment and different kinds of geological conditions

Vibratory Hammer utilizes periodic exciting force to make the surrounding soil liquefied and reduce the friction to pile to make pile

embedded. Vibratory hammer can be used for pile sinking and pile pulling. It owns the advantages of shock absorption, low noise, no

pollution, easy operation and maintenance.

Cab

nSteel welding structure with FOPS-It has passed the

national professional testing. The glass toughened. The door

can be opened till 180°.

nAir conditioner-It creates a comfortable work environment for

the operator even in the bitter cold or heat. The adjustable air

vents keeps the air fresh, and the windows clear of fog or frost.

nAdjustable seat-The seat can be adjusted at all directions,

and the mechanical suspension under the seat relieves the

vibration to the maximum and ensures comfortable operation.

nQuiet cab-With the doors closed, interior sound level is

between 75~84dB (A). The quiet environment reduces the

operator strain and fatigue.

nConvenient operation-The buttons and pedals are within the

operator's reach. The adjustable control panel may meet

operator's need of the different build; the advanced screen

may display the drilling condition.

n Wide visual field-The front and side visual windows allow the

operator see the state of construction and the surrounding

environment; the great design of rear window and engine

cover height provides wide rear visual field.

Percussion Rotary Drill

In Korea, Percussion rotary drill method is more and more widely

used for drilling large diameter holes at rock layers. This method

adopts principle of air-lift (reverse circulation), not just mountain

areas, also could be used at urban area, marine constructions

and so on. To the rock layers, crushed rock layers and other

obstacles on the ground, this method could achieve 600-1500mm

line drilling.

After receiving the service call from customer or distributor, the service engineer will afford technical support by communicating to

customer by phone or at the site.

The service engineer must arrive at the site on time by appointment with customer.
