1 SANY SD-series Horizontal Directional Drill

nCummins 4BTA3.9-C125 air-to-air intercooler and large power turbocharged engine; output

power matches load intellectually; high efficient and energy-saving; the special hydraulic oil

cooling system ensures stable construction in summer.

nThe main circuit of hydraulic system adopts load sensing variable displacement piston

pump. German Hawe proportional multi-way valve and pilot pressure control; realize

stepless regulation of drilling speed, control accuracy, high efficiency and save energy.

nRotary drive adopts high speed hydraulic transmission gear, maximal torque can reach

7100 N.m; rotary drive body and pulley are integrated, realizing compact structure, high

accurate slide rail and stable motion; the oil seal at the output shaft end realizes

replacement without disassembly.

nSeat-type operating console; levers and buttons are rationally configured at both sides of

seat; wide visual field; simple and comfortable operation; chassis console is equipped to

control travelling system; levers are placed in the box.

nDouble hydraulic cylinder; large oil cylinder gripper and special slip insert to ensure shackle

torque; high strength structure parts makes sure reliable pipe assembly/disassembly;

floating design to reduce abrasion of drill pipe screw thread.

nUS Cummins engine QSB5.9-240 has features of high pressure common rail, turbocharged, intercooling,

strong power, outstanding performance, low fuel efficiency, low noise and low emission.

nThe main hydraulic cuicirt adopts the high-pressured variable piston pump and the electrical proportion

displacement control to realize the stepless speed regulation; The variable motor realizes high and low

speed shift; The hydraulic pump, the motor, the reducer, each kind of hydraulic valve, the hose and joints

are all from world first- level brand, to enhance system reliability.

nIt uses the second-level distributional control system, CAN-BUS and virtual instrument, realizing the real-

time monitor and automatic fault diagnosis.
