Shane Fannin and his staff get their revenge on Saturday, November 4th at our Annual Chili Open. The Open kicks off with a 10:00am shotgun after enjoying donuts, bagels, fruit and coffee beginning at 8:30am at the Club. Our “creative” groundskeepers will challenge you with obstacles and strategically placed tee boxes throughout the course. Warm up during your round with three (3) awesome varieties of Red Tail’s famous chili to choose from along with Shepherd’s Pie, hot dogs and all the fixin’s. Bring your friends and ENJOY! Holiday Gala Start your Holiday Season at the BIGGEST

PARTY OF THE YEAR on Saturday December 2nd from 7:00pm-11:00pm.

Upon your arrival to the “Fire and Ice” Holiday Gala you will receive a flute of

champagne welcoming you while listening to a live performance of your favorite holiday

classics performed by Debbie Darling. Your sumptuous feast begins with gourmet passed hors d’oeuvres followed by a superb

selection of courses featuring a chilled, Fresh Seafood Display loaded with smoked crab,

shrimp cocktail, smoked mussels, fresh oysters and lobster. Indulge in the “Smoked and Sizzling” Carving station serving Prime Rib and Roasted Pork Loin and enjoy fancy

side accompaniments including Tequila Shrimp Skewers, Fire Roasted Tri-Color

Potatoes and Ratatouille along with mouth-watering desserts of Crème Brulee and

assorted Truffles. After dinner, delight in a gourmet coffee or Cognac before hitting the

dance floor to dance the night away with music by DJ Esteban! We’ll be announcing door prize winners throughout the evening
