2. Analyzing and producing the technical requirements and specifications & recommending design modifications based on client requirements.

3. Preparing BOM, ECN ECR and coordinating for the selection of suitable materials for various components to meet design reliability and quality goals;

designing the product to meet customer requirement & translating the design model using various tools.

Tool Room Operations

1. Assisting in estimating new tooling requirements; coordinating tool design revisions in relation to product design changes and reverse engineering;

performing new tooling trials.

2. Developing jigs, fixtures & press tools, as per predefined specifications; identifying defects & making relevant modifications.

specifications.
