DESIGNSITE ZONINGRock City Sangotedo is located in Lekki area of Lagos. The site is rectangular in shape and it measures about 21,981 sqm. The different building types in the scheme is based on the family size, income level of the family and the taste/ preference of each family. Also, the design encourages communal living without each unit losing its privacy. The zoning, has along the south western axis of the site, blocks of 4-bedroom terrace with the drive way separating these terraces from the other two clusters which have the flats and the maisonettes. The south western axis of the site has the blocks of flats which have 1, 2 and 3 bedroom flats while the north eastern axis has the blocks of 2 and 3 bedroom maisonettes. The total number of units is 140 units.

There is provision for facilities such as water treatment plant, sewage treatment plan, generator house and club house.
