Title 5 Requirements - Policies• Title 5,§53002 requires the Board to adopt a
policy statement “setting forth the district’s commitment to an equal employment opportunity program”
• Policy 1400:The Board of Trustees of San Joaquin Delta Community College declares and reaffirms a policy of equal employment opportunity, equal educational opportunity, and affirmative action in the provision of educational and other services to the public.
• BP 3410: The Board of Trustees of San Joaquin Delta Community College is committed to equal opportunity in education programs, employment, and all access to institutional programs an activities.
