PURPOSE OF EDUCATION
A person should have great moral values apart from being skillful for his profession. Skilled people always live a respectful life with all happiness and contribute to the social well being. She/he always feels proud at him / her and on his competency.

The purpose of education and being skilled does not only means to earn big wealth, but also to play an important role in the construction of a good society. SampoornaDiksha has an innovative methodology to achieve the said objectives.
CONSTRUCTION OF A GOOD SOCIETY
SampoornaDiksha has devised a model which helps students to become a good human being apart from getting skilled. The whole programme has been categorized into six Modules. Each Module is different from another. Depends upon the learner’s requirement they can take up any one or all module.

MISSION
All of these skills represent valuable additions to the undergraduate curriculum and to the personalization of learning. They are not meant to replace the present orientations outright, but to re-shuffle priorities. If the present university structure cannot or will not offer these areas, the students should be encouraged to work as an apprentice outside of the campus and given credit for his accomplishments.
METHODOLOGY
SampoornaDiksha plans to give students more experiences that will presumably develop skills having them work in groups.Mentorship is an integral part of the methodology at SampoornaDiksha. The teams of corporate experts and visionaries have sessions with students at regular intervals. The team of mentors at SampoornaDiksha consists of volunteers who have very rich experience in their respective fields
APPROACH
The students have different portfolio and accordingly different training requirements. We do the assessment of the skills of the students and make a strategy how to bring them at equal level first as far as basic skills are concerned.
INTRODUCTION
While taking them up in the class we need to study each ones requirements in terms of skills which can help them learn and grow well. At Chintan students are tested for their various skills set which are analyzed and discussed to understand and chart out their detail requirements. The test is filled by the students and then analyzed by the experts to create individuals training and development requirement.
INDIVIDUAL ASSESSMENT
The process of analysis under this group starts with the DIAGNOSTIC (SKILLS TEST) and ends with the constitution of a balanced group of 15 students. The experts at SampoornaDiksha make a detail analysis of the learners which is based over the DIAGNOSTIC TEST (FILLED TEST SHEET) and PRESENTATIONS.

Forming of Groups
Manthan is a two way process of analysis. This is a platform where the learners are given a chance to do the introspection and their self analysis. The exploration of fuller potentials of individuals is the basic object of this module. The module has been designed keeping in mind individuals career inclination and diverse growth opportunities. The Manthan is an interactive platform of self appraisal and best for mentorship.
INTRODUCTION
Manthan is almost an outdoor module. It starts with the group meetings with the middle and senior level HR executives. The HR – Learners interactions help the learners know about the expectations of corporate from the budding managers.
PROCESS
To encourage those who have dream about their own venture the entrepreneurship conclave is also organised. We at SampoornaDiksha invite primarily the first generation entrepreneur, because they can share and tell to the budding entrepreneurs about their journey and struggles.
ENTREPRENEURSHIP CONCLAVE
To give them more practical idea, the visit to the upcoming sectors are organised where students closely watch the corporate culture.
HR CONCLAVE
SampoornaDiksha organize the HR and Entrepreneurship conclave where the students interact with the HR people to get the idea of corporate expectations and also with the first generation entrepreneur to listen and study about their journey of success. The visits to the industry are organised, where students satisfies their quarries from the concerned person. The important philosophy behind SampoornaDiksha is the sensitization of the budding managers towards their social responsibilities.
INDUSTRY VISITS
For the same purpose visits to the Non Government Organisations (NGO) are organised where students closely interact with the people who need their support, when they become capable to contribute something valuable to the society.
VISITS TO NON GOVERNMENT ORGANISATIONS (NGO)
All the learning in the previous stages required to be converted in the form of a report on individual basis. The presentation of the report will be made by each student before other students and faculty in the presence of SampoornaDiksha team, where the students need to share with all what learning they have made out of all these exercises.

This module covers the study of important skills required for the successful career. The various skills set are given in this module which improves the learners overall thinking and working style.

The various resources like Case studies, Power Point Presentations, Stories, Audio/Videos/Video Conferences/ are used to facilitate the learners learn these skills.

The resources for these skills are available online where the learners can access any time as per their convenience.

Learners are encouraged to share their learning at various social networking sites like twitter and LinkedIn, and their rating is based over their maximum purposeful interactions here.

INTRODUCTION
This module supports the students to take up a real business in the group. The team at SampoornaDiksha helps students to make a business plan. The students in the group are asked to form a real legal business entity.
ANDRAGOGY
The initial funds are generated by the member’s from collecting from the group members. The students in the group are given the different responsibilities which rotate after a fix activity.
RESOURCE MOBILISATION
This is like a real business, which can be taken up any or all of the team members after a particular duration. The benefits of this exercise are that students learn the real challenges of the business, which help them to face it, when they start as an entrepreneur after their study.
